For years I wanted to remove my eyebrow tattoo but it never felt quite right until I found Naama!
My eyebrow tattoo was done 16 years ago in a regular tattoo shop and then topped up by a PMU artist 7years ago so my hopes weren’t the highest :) it was a different fashion back then, so they were slightly higher and more arched than how I wear them now, always having to cover up the extra shape.
I was so impressed to see a huge difference after my very first session and the second one only confirmed the efficiency of the technology that was used. I was so pleased about the procedure and the care I have received from the studio! Looking forward to go back!

I started my journey with Naama studio in July. I was so impressed, not only by the beautiful calming and very clean studio but by the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff and therapists. I felt completely at ease as Om guided me through my initial patch test. I’ve had an appointment every three weeks since. The treatment is like having a tattoo but a lot quicker,( the cold air treatment is wonderful) within a day or so the redness and tenderness subsides , this is when I start to apply their Aftercare cream for about the next 7 days ,then I continue with the Regeneration cream. The skincare feels very nourishing and I believe really helps with the whole healing process. Love it!
The results so far are just outstanding, my 4 year old black ink tattoo is disappearing before my eyes. Naama came along just at the right time for me. I would highly recommend this professional studio and this truly effective laser removal system . You won’t be disappointed.

Awesome place, very clean and professional at laser tattoo removal.

In me previous laser clinic experiences I always felt like I was “at the doctors” but Naama is such a beautiful studio with their modern decor, beautiful artwork and super friendly staff.
My technician has gone beyond to help me out in each session, and although I don’t find it totally painless I’m glad I found a place where I can get laser removal without the blistering and discolouration I’ve experienced before. I virtually get no side effects!

I’m 3 sessions in on removing a 25 year old arm band tattoo. I can see a big difference especially where the tattoo has black in. The treatment itself is relatively painless (no more painful than getting a tattoo!) The team at Naama are all very friendly and helpful and the environment is spotlessly clean & very comfortable. Great service!

I had pigmentation removal treatments done to remove sun spots in my face that I accumulated in my lifetime and I am so happy with the results. My skin tone is more even now giving me a more youthful look. Verity took great care of me during the sessions to make sure I was comfortable but to be honest the laser didn't bother me in the slightest bit and only took a few minutes. Aftercare is simple as well, just part of my normal skincare routine which is wash, moisturise and spf!

I recently attended Naama Studios for a new pigment treatment on the age spots on my hands. My therapist, Verity, gave me a detailed explanation of what the treatment entailed and the post treatment regime was also thorough. The laser treatment itself was not too uncomfortable, helped by blowing cold air over the area while the laser was being applied. The redness on my hands settled by the next morning and I had no other reaction. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I am so pleased with the results, my hands look at least 10 years younger!

My eyebrow journey started 2 years ago.
After what I thought was a lot of research I went to a ‘top’ saloon in Fulham to have micro blading.
Sadly for various reasons it was an absolute disaster and I have spent all this time trying to remove them along with a serious amount of stress.
So after 10 magnetic removals , microdermabrasion and micro needling which all actually only faded them, I finally decided I needed laser.
I once again nervously did research and came across Naama , apart from the fact that they use a unique technology ( which I looked up to verify) I also saw that they have charity links to sex traffic women who have been “branded” which meant they had to be ethical too.
I decided to take the plunge, it was honestly the best thing I have done!
Not only were they very professional they also offered no false promises which was scary but reassuring in a way.
The technique they used was to blow cold air on your brow at the same time as the laser so you don’t burn. I also had no down time except red for first hour so no burning, no loss of hair, no scarring, as well as absolutely incredible results.
It took just three appointments and I am now fully back to my brow- hallelujah!
I honestly couldn’t recommend these guys enough, it is a little pricey but in this case you get what you pay for.

Naama studios is amazing. All the staff are lovely, make you feel totally at ease, super knowledgeable and helpful. It’s a higher price point for appointments but totally and unequivocally worth it.

Initially had a great experience with them. Their clinic is beautiful their staff are very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately my tattoos had reactions with both patch tests that I did. On one of them they said they were not happy to treat as it could cause damage to the skin. I appreciated their honesty.

The other one I was waiting for them to show to their dermatologist and get back to me. My tatt had turned brown after the patch test and I wanted some feed back.

However no one got back to me. I'm left to assume I'm not a good candidate for their lasers, I'm a fitzpatrick 5.

From my own research the brown colour that the ink in my tattoo turned could be oxidisation and should return to normal with time.

It's a bit disappointing and unprofessional that they did not get back to me.

NAAMA have since been in touch with me to offer feed back, advice and additional support as well as a complimentary consultation with their dermatologist. For now I have decided to put my removal journey on hold.

Overall NAAMA have gone the extra mile to try to meet my needs.

Thoroughness is what you want with tattoo removal. It's important to invest in somewhere such as NAAMA who you know are at the top of their game and using the best and most unique technology for tattoo removal. Their various lasers work well and the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Something like a tattoo removal could actually be a boring experience, but I look forward to visiting NAAMA every time!

The old reddish tattoo in my eyebrows that has lingered for years and drove me mad, was entirely removed in just one session. I could hardly believe it when there was nothing to see the next day so I waited a week and it was still clean. Thank you so much. Great job. Highly recommended- and everyone was charming.

The place is so clean and inviting love the decor great music while you wait for treatment.
Customer service is amazing. All the staff I come across have been so warm friendly. I have zero cons. I would highly recommend this place for laser removal

As a tattoo artist I have experience only to make tattoo and not remove them! But today I had my first removal session at Naama and I have to say I was surprised! It’s not as bad as they saying it last only few minutes and definitely it’s not more painful from having a tattoo! So I can’t wait for my next session! The shop is so nice, big and clean! The stuff very friendly and professional! I highly recommend them!!

The whole experience with Naama to date has been excellent. The environment feels like a Scandinavian spa - its super chilled! The team are so friendly and incredibly helpful. Hannah has been my treatment therapist and she is great -she put me at ease for my first session and asks throughout the treatment that I'm happy with the pace. I'd highly recommend Naama if you're looking for tattoo removal.

The studio, the staff, the ambience are all absolutely lovely! I saw an insta ad and thought a pain free, tattoo removal would be great! However after the first session, which was not very painful I admit, there was hardly any change at all and it looked like it would take a very long time to have my tattoo removed here and a huge amount of money. I've since been to another clinic that offered a Picosure laser, covered myself in numbing cream an hour before and yes it hurt a little, but not as much as I was expecting and the tattoo is visibly much lighter and they expect it gone within 5 sessions, as opposed to well over 10 with Naama. If you have the money and time, Naama is a great option, but otherwise there are cheaper, quicker and more effective places too.

I have recently started a treatment of my tattoe removals . I have nothing but good to say about Naama studios , the staff are almost like good friends since the moment I entered the front door. So professional and super clean place . They are in no rush when they do my tattoo removal and with their amazing modern laser technique it makes the entire experience great and nothing like I have seen on YouTube with the traditional laser been used . Felt like someone pinching me .. only had one session so far but can already see a difference , back for more in two weeks . Definitely a place I recommend
