I had a fantastic experience at the Institute of Medical Physics with Dr Emanuel Paleco. From the start, the appointment process was very smooth. Scheduling was easy, appointments were always on time, and everything was handled very efficiently.

Dr Emanuel was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout my treatment. It’s clear that he genuinely wants to help people and cares about achieving the best results for his patients. He always took the time to explain things clearly and made me feel comfortable during every session.

One thing I really appreciated was the pricing structure. I was given a fixed price of £700 for however many sessions were needed until I was happy with the results, and I was able to pay in instalments of my choice, which made the process financially manageable. I ended up having 9 sessions, and Dr Emanuel was willing to continue treatment until I was completely satisfied.

During my treatment I received plasma treatment, CO₂ laser, and pico laser. I had quite a rare case of Argyria on my nose caused by my piercing jewellery, which had stained my skin black in a way similar to a tattoo. Dr Emanuel successfully treated the pigmentation and also removed the piercing bump, making the skin completely flat again and restoring my normal skin colour.

Recovery after each session was always very smooth. Most of the time healing took less than a week and involved only a tiny scab, and sometimes there was no downtime at all when it was just laser colour treatment. Dr Emanuel gave very clear aftercare instructions and even provided two skincare products free of charge to help with healing.

He works quickly and makes the treatment as comfortable as possible, keeping the pain very manageable.

I’m extremely happy with my results and would highly recommend Dr Emanuel to anyone considering laser treatment.

Dr. Said was excellent. I had laser for rosacea and he took so much care with every aspect of the treatment. I think it will be very effective as well.

This review is regarding their online store which is a scam. I placed an order on their website and almost 3 weeks later it still hasn’t been received. I sent a email a week after placing the order and a person named Kaiul told me that they didn’t have stock but coincidentally had just received shipment in and would send it out right away. 2 weeks later, it’s still not received. Kaiul then told me he’d give me a tracking number as it was supposedly sent out last week but this is clearly a lie as I should have received a tracking number when it was sent out. The online store should not be up if there is no stock to fulfil orders, otherwise, it’s a scam!!!!

We’ve been coming to the clinic for over a year for tattoo removal. I chose the clinic due to the state of the art technology and guaranteed results without scarring, which was a concern. Dr Emanuel is brilliant and is very knowledgeable. It is a large tattoo which goes very deep and the treatment has been better than expected. Although it has taken longer, the doctor does not compromise on safety to get quicker results. The doctor is very friendly and we’re so glad we came here over other options.

I only had two sessions of tattoo laser removal and have been seeing amazing results. I chose this institute by a referral (who also wanted to make sure no scarring would come up) and I'm so glad I did. Top notch Italian technology and service!

I’ve now had 4 tattoo removal sessions and so far everything has gone smoothly. Emmanuel has a very gentle touch, the machine is quick, I only spend max 15 mins on 1 session. The price is very reasonable and it doesn’t hurt as much as you’d think. Thanks to the team.

I’ve been taking Bio-alive cultures (microbiome reset) i buy them from Amazon. I have suffered from digestive issues for years and spent fortunes on various probiotics, remedies and “special” diets. None really helped until I tried the Bio-alive cultures. Taking one a day (first thing in the morning) I can honestly say my digestive issues calmed down within 2 weeks. The change has been life changing, I feel a lot healthier and I am back eating most foods again with little or no symptoms or ill effects.
I have also recently had some email conversations with a member of the team, when Amazon’s supply of the cultures ran out. The level of communication, help, advice, options and support provided has been 100%. I cannot praise this this agency and their products high enough, 😀

The Institute of Medical Physics is unlike regular salons as they are continually improving their products to bring better laser technology and results to its clients.

I have been having laser hair removal for many years and Joanna is amazing! I have had great difficulty with getting results as it has taken longer than anticipated than it does for most others. However Joanna provides a great service, setting, she’s very understanding and has great knowledge and insight. I would never have continued without her expertise. Having persisted and using her guidance along the way we finally started to get great results and I am so happy to have persisted and carried on! Thank you Joanna!

i had 8 sessions with institute of medical, i actually never benefited from the laser hair removal, and my last session with the Italian doctor himself at kings cross was waste of £125 because he didnt cover half of my shoulders and i was very disappointed i emailed them twice they ignored me. these laser hair removal dont do any good, so you better wax the unwanted hairs because they keep growing back. at least waxing is safe who knows what this laser might do to your skin,

I initially visited Adells Chemist to ask advice about a skin growth on my head that I was worried might be cancer, and was introduced to Dr Emanuel Paleco who operates out of the clinic there. I was reassured that the growth was benign and was a form of keratosis. Dr Emanuel also pointed out some other areas on my nose and cheek that were also keratosis and I had just assumed were moles. Greatly relieved that the growths were not serious, I still wanted to know if it was possible to treat them as they were unsightly and clearly bothering me. Dr Emanuel explaind that they could be very easily removed using Plasma iQ, rmemoving the growths and leaving fresh skin underneath. Heaving never had, or even entertained the idea of having, cosmetic procedures, I didn't realise how easy and accessible this type of treatment was. Dr Emanuel is very professional and knowledgable and clearly explains everything. The results amazing and during the whole process Dr Emanuel was thorough and reassuring. I am so pleased. I have since returned to the clinic for laser vein removal to remove the small visible blood vessels on my nose and cheeks also with fantastic results. I feel like a new person, thank you!

Have had a few tattoo removal sessions with both Dr Paleco and Harriet at Kings Cross. The sessions were extremely painful but thanks to Dr. Paleco and Harriet who helped me go through every single one of them I have made it!
I’m very pleased with the results and can’t wait to start CO2 laser treatments at the clinic.

For any man thinking of having laser hair removal I highly recommend it. Dr Emanuel Paleco has lasered my entire body and I have noticed a huge reduction in body hair by session number 6. I am extremely pleased with the results so far and will continue to have further treatment until there is no hair left to be removed.
