Good service by Kevin

Few months ago my account automatically debited by mytrentide but I registered a complaint and my some amount is refunded in my payment account. I really appreciate support team to address my issue. I hope my remaining amount is be refunded.
Once again thanks to Mr Kevin to resolve my issue.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSTERS.

On the 3rd September I responded to a Facebook post advertising obsolete laptops. On the payment portal I was advised that I was paying for delivery charges on the laptop. The fee was small, so I was not concerned. After payment I was surprised to note on my bank app that I had been charged by My Trend Tide. The amount was nominal, so I was not concerned. However, on the 5th September I was again charged another amount. Not so nominal. Additionally, I had used a virtual card on the first payment so was concerned as the card CVV changes daily. (I have reported this matter to my bank as the charge should not have been approved.)

I also contacted My Trend Tide on the matter and requested a refund. I was advised that I would get a refund but only after I had posted a review on TrustPilot. I pointed out that how could I give a review when the matter had not been settled in that I had not received the a refund. This I pointed out in numerous follow up emails.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSTERS.
