TERRIBLE , BE CAREFUL

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I bought a ticket 48 hours ago and nothing was issued. After multiple calls, emails with lie after lie and each agent telling me a different story i took the investigation into my own hands. I called the airline directly and found out they had made a tentative booking without paying the airline which expired , then they made another one based on miles. I called them back and they told me they canceled and i was refunded, which resulted in me having to buy a new ticket elsewhere with a signifcant price jump. They blamed it on a price change , if thats the case you guys shouldnt be running such a business. DO NOT TRUST THEM , super unprofessional, and they lied multiple times on the ohone.

I had a limited budget they cancelled…

I had a limited budget they cancelled my ticket at the last moment saying the ailine has increased the price I lost 2 flights and lost 2000 AED instead of saying the airline has increased the price we are cancelling your ticket request they should generate an payment link and I could pay that amount and I could fly but they are like no ones want to work in this agency doing time pass playing with our hard earned money and wasting our time and money they don't update the price if airline increases the price it's their negligence I am praying Allah will make these kind of people suffering like how they made me suffer and I am still suffering and getting panic attacks when I am seeing those reels when they are coming in front of me the country where I wanted to go.
Please don't use their service otherwise you will get suffer like me.
If I am rich I have no problem if my ticket request get cancel at the last moment but I am a middle class they refunded me but my money got went to block amount which I could not use for next 4 to 24 hours which made me more suffer.
My ticket agency is like nobody wants ro work there and the ceo made the the company where there is no check and balance no updates in there ticketing system

You should update the price when the airline updates it from there side but you never do, when I saw I said yeah I got the good price ticket and paid but after 4 hours you mailed me we cancelled your booking because the airline has increased the price it's mean you don't keep an eye on the prices and the availability at that time I realised oh that's why other agencies were showing me the high prices because the actual price has been increased but myticket.ae was sleeping and qt the last moment you ruined my whole travel plan because it was a tight budget plan one thing goes wrong I lost my two flights I was keep in touch on the call with your company but you don't have options if the priced increased you could mail me and ask and give suggestions like you can pay the rest of amount or we refund your money loke that so I could think which options suites me . As soon as we were unable to issue your tickets, on October 29 we processed a reverse transaction to the same bank account used for the purchase.

Usually, such funds are released by the bank within a few hours or days, depending on your card issuer. If you still haven’t received the amount, please contact us by email — we will provide an official confirmation document that you can forward to your bank’s support service to verify the transaction status.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, I'll never again be using this page for flights. I've been trying to change my flights for over a week now and everytime I have to raise a ticket on the site, wait for it to be approved without any indication of time frame, and manage to spot the approval and pay the change fee before the ticket expires. You're literally only given a couple of hours before the ticket expires every time.

I've so far raised 4 tickets...

Also change fee is VERY high considering i've purchased flexi tickets and just want to change the date by 1 day and the tickets on the date I want literally cost the same

Avoid! Four Months, No Refund, Just Automated Replies

It’s been over four months since I submitted my refund request, with no legitimate updates since. I’m fed up with the automated WhatsApp replies and total lack of real communication.

The refund process has been slow, disorganized, and completely lacking accountability. For a company handling customer payments, this is unacceptable.

I hope this matter is rectified as soon as possible, because waiting this long for a simple refund is beyond unreasonable.

booked a multi-destination trip through MyTickets — from Tel Aviv to Barcelona, then from Barcelona to Ibiza, from Ibiza to Madrid, and finally from Madrid back to Tel Aviv. Before the trip, I paid over 2,000 shekels to add checked baggage for two passengers, even though adding the same baggage directly through the airlines would have cost only around 350 shekels per passenger — and it’s a simple process anyone can do online. However, I later discovered that the baggage was added only to the last flight (Madrid–Tel Aviv).

When I made the booking, there was an option to “add baggage”, which looked like it would apply to all flights in my itinerary. It was not clear at all that it referred only to the return flight. Later, when I revisited the site, I noticed a tiny question mark (?) next to the baggage option — and only if you hover over it, it explains that the baggage applies only to the return trip.
This is very misleading and feels almost like fraud, since any reasonable customer would expect that paying for baggage means it’s added for all flights.

When I contacted customer service about the unclear pricing, they simply replied that they decide the price.

They do reply to messages, but almost every time they say they are “currently busy and will get back to me later.” The same happens on phone calls — you’re told you’re “number 2 in the line,” yet it still takes a long time for anyone to actually help.

As I didn't receive email of itenary…

As I didn't receive email of itenary and confirmation neither a reminder to check in of my flight I missed my flight, I thought the flight is Sunday 01:00 am but the lady in the airport found that my flight was the day before, we hardly could contacted china office who tried to benefit of the situation by charging me 7000 Emirates dirham so they can take me to the plane, I refused this offer and booked for the next day flight, I waited in the airport 24 hours.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Purchased a flight ticket for Alaskan Airlines through them. The airline confirmation code wasn’t working; after calling the airline they mentioned the ticket was marked as fraud due to being purchased with a stolen airmiles account. After calling mytickets.ae, they acknowledged and sent me a new PNR. Same issue, the ticket was marked as fraud as they once again purchased with stole miles.

The company stating they won’t be able give me a refund as the ticket was issued, but I can’t even check in for the flight because the airline has blocked the ticket.

Didn't get my ticket nor refund

First time I booked tickets with this agency and faced difficulties and disappointed. I booked and paid the ticket and later in the day received email from saying stating my bookings was canceled and price no longer available and I'll get my refund within 24 hours. It's been 3 days and still no refund or communication from your end. Had to cancel my trip as refund is taking longer putting me in bad situation as my visa is expired now and need to exit the country.

It was very bad experience

It was very bad experience, I will never book a flight through this unprofessional company again.
I booked a ticket and they informed me that I would get the confirmation ticket within few hours, my Flight was after four days then three days passed and I did not get the ticket i was following up every day and the only answer I got was “ few hours the ticket will be issued” then finally I asked for refund and they lied to me.
If there is less than one star review I would have given this scamming company the worst rate and review ever.

I hardly don’t recommend this liar and scamming company.

At the time of issuing the tickets, unfortunately, we did not receive confirmation from the airline regarding the availability of free seats on the flight at the fare you selected. For this reason, we were forced to cancel your reservations.

Regarding the funds: please note that the amount was not debited by our company. The funds were only blocked by your bank to verify the solvency of your bank card. After we were unable to issue your tickets, we unblocked the funds on the same day – August 13. They should already be reflected in your account.

In case the funds have not yet appeared, we kindly ask you to check your email inbox. We have sent you documents confirming that our company has no claim to your funds. With these documents, you can contact your bank’s support service to clarify the status of the transaction and request that the amount be credited to your account.
