ordered 3 ring cameras , #1694 money paid no cameras delivered , waiting for update not sure if I've been scammed, can't get hold of company, seems to reply to this, can i be advised about delivery ?

They have taken payment not had delivery can’t get hold of them the one and only email they have no longer works!!
I have had to contact my bank for a fraudulent sale they can refund the money in full. Do not buy from this company

7 days later still no delivery date no reply from customer service

Like many people previously I didn’t read the reviews before placing my order. Didn’t arrive in the time the said on their site or as advertised. Ended up cancelling after threatening charge back. To be fair communication was ok but only false promises. I ordered directly with Ring and it arrived the following day. Worth paying the extra.

Product still not received over 2 weeks after purchase.

Order placed 2 weeks ago and receipt for order received. No sign of the goods and no update since. Have emailed twice asking for an update. No response. Wish I had paid a few more pounds to support a more professional company. Will I ever see the goods - who knows.

I would give them 0 ⭐️ If I had the option horrible horrible company I don’t know how in this day and age can these guys get away with ripping people off

A month after my husbands birthday the mug still hasn’t arrived

I have sent numerous emails just asking if they have it in stock with no reply so I’m not holding my breath about a delivery for this item, can feel a charge back coming on with this one. Pay a few pounds more and go with someone reputable because this company certainly isn’t 😡

Very slow delivery. Ordered 7 days ago and still not dispatched!

Just about to order a ring cam price is between £10 and £50 less than elsewhere, but thought I'd check the reviews of the company first as no PayPal payment option now , wondering whether this is because of the volume of chargebacks ?. Seems its being run by someone called Bob who doesn't answer email !!!! Think I'd prefer to buy elsewhere and pay a bit more for piece of mind

Ordered the Sphero Bolt in December order was cancelled 2weeks later leaving me to find another one from somewhere. Still not got my refund. Spoke to someone on the phone several times keep telling me to check my account. If its not in tomorrow 21/01/21 ill be calling back AGAIN!! ORDER NO - 1531. Has anybody actually got a refund back off them at all....???

Order #1545 totalling £135.32 was placed on the 5th December and I informed via email on the 16th that this has been cancelled. I chased my full refund on the 19th December and was told the refund would be actioned on the Monday (21st). Again no refund and chased on the 4th January to be told it would be refunded in the next 48 hours! Yet again NO REFUND! Bob please can you reply to my email and action this immediately. So far the customer service has been horrendous!

This company is a joke - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I purchased 2 Google Nests in November. I didn’t receive them for 3 weeks. Then they sent the wrong colour (copper instead of black!). So I had to pay to return them as they do not cover postage. Since then, I have sent repeated emails requesting my refund, to be told it’s been processed and then being told today that it hasn’t been processed yet. I paid £350! Now forced to waste more time in chasing it through Paypal. Save yourself the bother - shop elsewhere.

One is too high!! ordered a camera on 27th nov stated was in stock - money taken nothing delivered.. chased to be told it would be delivered 21st 22nd Dec its now jan and nothing have sent an email asking for a refund and nothing from the infamous Bob. So Bob if your reading either send the camera as is your obligation to do so as you have had payment since nov. Or refund me as its your other option. Otherwise legals will commence. Order number #1466
