Hello Bob, ordered a ring floodlight over a week ago and still not got a dispatch notification. The floodlight was was a matter of emergency as we had an attempted break in. After reading the reviews in here I am now very concerned and would like my money back if I do not receive the item this week.

Placed an order over a month ago and still nothing. After chasing, they got back to me saying they don’t know when they will be able to deliver as the product it’s not in stock. There was no indication of this at the time of purchase. What a joke!!

Terrible customer service. Website suggested they had an item in stock so I made a purchase. Two weeks later I hadn’t received any update so I contacted them to find out when I should I expect delivery and they cancelled my order with out agreement from myself. When I checked the item on the website, it was in stock again but the price had gone up. It’s worth paying a bit extra to avoid this company.

The item still has not arrived and these people have not even bothered to tell me when it will ship and if it will even be shipped or if there’s a problem... absolute terrible customer service from this company!

I had to cancel my order and to be fair, they refunded within 5 days

Disaster. £550 on nest fire alarms, nothing delivered, no response to emails, no phone number. DO NOT USE. I suspect the whole company us a total con.

I am worried very worried after reading theses reviews I have spent £183.96 order number #1642 and been waiting for over a month nothing but silence from this company. The worst online company I have ever bought from I want my money back!!! It seems you have no intention of honouring my order whatsoever. A message to all out there AVOID AVOID AVOID daylight robbery I will be contacting my solicitor I hope you read this review Earl Beckles

They take your money when they don't have any stock. I ordered a Ring Floodlight Camera as they were significantly cheaper than anywhere else but two weeks later they still do not have any stock and cannot say when they will be able to fulfil the order.

I have now cancelled the order and am waiting for a refund.

DO NOT BUY !!! WASTE OF TIME !! NO STOCK. NO DELIVERY DATE. NO CONTACT.

Order never arrived so I requested a refund.

Email came saying it had been cancelled, no explanation as to why they couldn't provide the products. I'm also still waiting on a refund.

Avoid like the plague, companies like these need closing down ASAP

Ordered nest fire alarms but three and a half weeks later they hadn’t arrived.

Charlotte at Smart Hub did respond to emails and cancelled the order to initiate the refund.

Just very odd as the same products are on sale now with Smart Hub and they obviously pay to appear in Google search results. They just don’t have the product to send you!

I ordered a smart camera which they advertised on their website as being available but in fact they never had it. The money left my account at the point of order but they have been very slow at refunding. There is no telephone number to call them on and you have to rely on them replying by email. Very poor service, very untrustworthy and strongly recommend people consider alternative online companies.

Incredibly poor customer service, despite multiple attempts to contact them regarding my order they have never responded.

Ordered my product over a month ago and still not received it

Order smoke alarm 3 weeks ago. I’ve not received any update on order or when I can expect to receive. Various emails sent without reply.

I ordered and paid for the Ring Floodlight, after a week I questioned when delivery was expected and unfortunately the item was not in stock and a date couldn’t be given. I requested a refund and this was actioned straight away. Checked my bank and the refund has been made. Gave 3 stars because no notification was given regarding stock levels.

2 weeks later and no information on my order even after chasing.

I still haven’t receive my Nest smoke detectors, and I am getting concerned this is fraudulent?

i ordered and payed for a fitbit 15 days ago the money was debited from my account but ive never recieved my order
after 7 days i emailed to ask why and was told there were none in stock
no offer of a refund to me
