I initially wanted to try ED treatment as a one-time, recreational experience. Since your company doesn't offer a single-use option, I signed up anyway with the intention of canceling after the first order.
However, despite my canceling the refill and sending multiple messages to confirm this, I was still shipped an unwanted refill. I feel completely robbed. To protect myself, I am now forced to place a stop payment on my card.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone. On the contrary, I will actively warn others to stay away.

I had an issue getting my package delivered to the usual address (a flex pickup location) -- Rocky partners with a vast array of last-mile delivery partners. The assigned partner didn't deliver at flex locations and marked the delivery as unsuccessful/bad address.As soon as I noticed, I contacted Rocky's customer service through the usual chat interface. Trisha provided an impeccable service. She showed empathy to the situation, acted promptly for a resolution and got a workaround approved within the hour and made sure to add specific notes to my file so this situation won't arrive in the future. She also followed up afterwards though email and provided details to the new tracking ID. Fast, efficient, extremely client centric. Thx Trisha.
