Last order was late and I tried to…

Last order was late and I tried to renew and pay several times. I lost several days of treatment because of this and lost all progress. Asked for some compensation and nothing. This time I found out you cancelled my subscription.

Update they made it up to me and apologized. Good on the company

In my opinion they are life savers

In my opinion they are life savers. They bent over backwards to help me navigate the application requirements and were kind and helpful at every step. They stay on top of my prescription and keep me up to date on when to order so there are no gaps.

This company is the easiest to deal with and had a personal issue and had to cancel my order and with no issue they were happy to do so

High-risk medication was prescribed without appropriate medical follow-up or adequate monitoring. When serious complications occurred, the company and the healthcare professionals involved appeared to distance themselves from their responsibilities rather than provide proper support, accountability, and continuity of care.

I is very difficult to log in often

I is very difficult to log in often will not open
I pay through a gift card and it doesn’t go through because they always use the old card number and I usually have to contact billing to refresh my account however once processed the delivery arrives very quickly
