Delivery reliable and wipes are plastic…
Delivery reliable and wipes are plastic free and tough and not too small. However your advertising assumes we are all purchasing your product for a baby/toddler. I have always purchased them for an adult who wears pads.

Slight re-design of packaging required.
My Pura wipes are great but the peel back flap to get to them is far too close to the opening. The flap constantly wants to close & re-stick itself as you try to remove a wipe - very frustrating. The fixed part of the peel back flap needs to be moved further away from the opening in order it stays open without having to hold it back with one hand whilst trying to remove a wipe with the other.

The wipes absolutely suck
The wipes absolutely suck! Can’t just get one out simply without an entire chunk of them coming out. Not ideal when I have one hand and I’m trying to grab just one to use because my son started peeing on me mid change. Not to mention they are super thin and harsh like on his bum…which is red again from using these. The diapers however are great but I’m going back to Millie Moon wipes.

Our wipes are interleaved so each wipe purposefully leads on to the next one in the pack. However we're sorry that you're finding them tricky to remove one at a time. We're also sorry that your little one is experiencing irritation while using our wipes. As we only use the most gentle ingredients in our wipes which are Allergy UK Certified and EWG Verified it is extremely rare that we hear this.

When leaks do occur this is usually due to the size not quite being right for your little one, usually when it's time to size up.
Changing size can quickly resolve any issues with leaks as the larger size is able to absorb quite a bit more.

The wipes themselves aren’t the issue
The wipes themselves aren’t the issue. It’s the packaging. They are single handedly the most frustrating wipes I’ve ever used. It’s impossible to pull out just one wipe. The wipes are connected so tightly to the one behind that you end up pulling half of the next wipe out, if not the entire wipe. I have wasted a lot of them because they are a pain to stuff back in when you’re trying to be quiet.

I finally received my flushable baby…
I finally received my flushable baby wipes and omg am I one disappointed mumma!! They are absolutely rubbish and I promise you this there is much better brands of wipes that actually clean your babies for cheaper (water wipes, kit and kin even asdas little one wipes but unfortunately my LB can't use them) I just opened my first pack and well I've nearly finished them because they either come out as 1 and breaks when you pull them out or they come out in a massive clump so you'll waste more then you'll use if it's just for a pee, I've found they rubbish at cleaning bean sauce of faces I just gave up in the end, there no were near wet enough to clean the number 2s. Not worth the money should have listened to my sister but no I thought I'll give my opinion. Now I'm stuck with 1080 if the things and down nearly £40 for crap wipes.

Utterly unless and expensive
Utterly unless and expensive. Complete waste of money. We ordered via Ocado, but we had a 100% leak rate when testing these nappies for 2 days. EVERY wee spread everywhere. We are very disappointed and angry. Our baby has just reached a weight of 5kg so we bought the Size 2, which supposedly fits up to 6kg but these are way too small. The lining is so thin and barely padded. These had less coverage than the ALDI mamia nappies. Considering the huge price difference, you would expect a much better quality of material and thickness. We are so frustrated at how much of a disaster each nappy change has been. There is an approx 2cm gap between the fastening and the front section, so you can see there is literally no coverage around the hip area. We have tested 10 different nappies brands and this is so far the only one which has failed at even small wees.

When leaks do occur this is almost always due to the size not quite being suited to your little one, especially if you're finding the current size too small. Sizing up will usually resolve any issues with leaks. Our size 3 nappies are recommended for babies between 4-9kg so will likely work much better for your little one.

I had high expectations for these…
I had high expectations for these diapers; however, I am increasingly frustrated by the frequent leaks and blowouts I have experienced. The issue does not stem from sizing but rather from the absence of a leak guard at the back of the diaper. It is well understood that a newborn's stool is typically loose and watery, so it is perplexing that this factor was not adequately addressed during the design process.
As a result, I am now left with several boxes of diapers that I do not feel comfortable using due to the issues they cause with my son’s clothing and car seat. Consequently, I am compelled to seek an alternative solution, even though the material is clean.

An eco friendly product that actually works
We’ve been using MyPura nappies and wipes for about 5 years. I’ve recommended to a few friends who have also started to use them. It’s hard not to feel the environmental impact with all the nappies and wipes you end up going through with a newborn and beyond but with these products I feel good about using them. I know they are kind for the environment but they also work well. Other brands that have boasted of being eco friendly have not always been effective but this has the best of both worlds.

The best nappies and company going!
The. Best. Company. I absolutely love their nappies having brought a pack on an off chance whilst pregnant - we tried every nappy around and within a week or two soon realised Pura were the best. My daughter is 9 months old and has never once had nappy rash and we have NEVER had a leak or explosion - 11 hours over night without any issue. We subscribed as the price is unmatched and they come to the door and you can even get them earlier or put them off by a week or two if you don’t need them yet! After a small issue with a wrong size being sent - I sent an immediate email and they immediately dispatched the correct size - within 24 hours those nappies had arrived and the wrong size ones had been collected by Royal Mail. Shout out to Tom in customer services a credit to the company polite and super efficient. Incredible customer service from the minute we started using them! I can’t rave about this company enough! Legends!
