delivery of my packages was late couple of times and recently one of my package with the value over €1200 was ‘missing’ for almost a month! They don’t care!! Seriously!! Been calling many times for the investigation but the answer was very simple!. ‘It’s missing - we can’t do anything’! It was a huge package - 100x50x50 cm!! It can’t be missing!!!! I’ve called the post.nl as well but unfortunately, they are not able to give me an answer because I’ve booked my package trough myparcel!

Now I am also experiencing their bad customer service just like other reviews are saying.
I've been contacting them for a double invoice through mail and telephone. I just got assurance in the telephone that they gonna look it but never heard afterwards and also there is no replies on my emails.
This is impossible if you just want to pay your billings on time and try to correct it on time. For some reasons they don't have the time to look into it even the month is almost over again and new invoice will come , this will make my bills piling up.
