I sent one cardboard box from Utrecht to Rotterdam. Today it has been 10 days and the cargo has not arrived yet.
I understand that there is a problem with DHL, not you.
However, when I contact DHL, they tell me to ask via MyPersel. Then I have passed the matter on to you guys again, but still it is very disappointing that the support is not consciously done at all.
My customer is having problems with the hard delay of the shipment.
We spent our own money to transport it directly by hand.
Today the shipment still has not arrived at the customer yet.
We are very disappointed this.

This is very frustrating for customers and they easily take their frustration out on us, the sender, when they have to wait so long just to start an investigation about a delayed or missing parcel. I hope this will be improved soon.

It is a pity that the only reaction of this company to messages is only after entering a negative opinion. They have raised their prices and price competition is already negligible with PostNL. Lack of information about additional costs when placing an order and errors in the form cause great disappointment when issuing an invoice. Personally, I am very disappointed, for example, with the additional payment for the inscription "careful" on the package. Will there be a surcharge for the color of the packaging next month?

The mydhlparcel never showed me the price of the specific delivery when I submitted the information. Therefore the invoice I received was much higher than indicated for shipment price to Portugal. I find this very deceiving for your customers and I will never ever use DHL anymore for either business or personal shipments. I will also spread this word around fellow startups and small businesses at every platform you can imagine.

Completely useless company. Paid 50 euros for delivery of an item purchased from a supplier that uses these fools, yet they had the temerity to not deliver with all sorts of execuse ... instead they send me a notification to collect my parcel at a pick up point. Huh? I paid 50 euros for delivery, not collection.

Joining MyParcel was such a wonderful experience! It's hard to imagine writing a love letter about a shipping service, but if you're a small business and/or just starting out, you understand that shipping can be a hassle. I was directed to their site by the Dutch postal service as an alternative and was a bit skeptical as to why it would be any better than the other options I was already aware of. And I like the Dutch post. But since they were making the suggestion, I went ahead and prepared a shipment that needed to be sent that day as a trial run. I ended up a huge fan. The app was easy to use and when I chatted online with a rep to question the notably lower rate for the shipment, she was able to quickly confirm that I was processing the shipment correctly. She also informed me that every new customer receives a call within 24 hours of signing up (which is absolutely free) to walk you through the system and answer any questions, but she would request for me to receive a call quickly since I was already shipping an item. In less than an hour, a fabulous accounts manager named Peter contacted me by phone. His English was superior to my Dutch and he took time to answer my growing list of questions about shipping as a small business in general. He was thoroughly knowledgeable, informing me of things I hadn't even thought to question (and I've been shipping awhile), and he was extremely professional and friendly - exactly the kind of person you hope to do business with more often. That phone conversation and the ease of their site alone is enough to make you want to stay with them, but within a day or two, I also received a very professional starter kit that contained a well-produced book on shipping, sustainability, pricing... things that you might not think about right away when starting up and focusing on your actual business product. It also contained a pack of label sheets so that I could more easily print at home (and avoid taping a paper label created by other services), as well as a personalized welcome note - written by hand! We've also been able to personalize our dashboard so that on each printed label is a short text that we customized to our shop as well as our logo - the little details that signal professionalism to our customers. I waited until after my first shipment was delivered to write this review and can also say that the shipment arrived earlier than I expected (and on a Saturday) even though the package used existing routes used by other services. Even though we are just a tiny, baby business, I was given the quality of service that you'd only expect as a giant corporation. And I was given very helpful advice and support to help me plan for future growth. MyParcel completely understands that helping you upfront saves you and them time and money and that enabling you to increase your professionalism to their level with tools they can afford only helps business for both. Definitely visit their website - I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of working with them so far and it doesn't cost you anything to check them out!

I think everything the prob Will be solved if you send the packages again. I Will be ordering big ammounts on kratom if we can solve tais problem first. Cause trust is everything if we make More business.
