Pleasant, polite and more than helpful
I submitted an online application regarding money management and was contacted by something similar to citizens advice. The details were passed on to OPLO who where thorough, polite and considerate.
They were in constant communication with me and more than helpful to answer any question throughout the whole process.
This has given me peace of mind! Not only was it a pleasant experience overall but now I am more confident and my money is managed much more easily!!
Absolutely would recommend this process and company to sort any of these issues out!
