The great service the site had the item I needed in stock. I got it next day delivery and all good. Competitive price

Ordering is easy, items are dispatched quickly, usually the same day and delivery is quick. Plus the prices are good and the range of products is excellent. Never had a problem with My Motor World, I will continue to keep using them.

Ordered from you delivery said Thursday 30thApril. Now 4thMay and still have not received my delivery.

I ordered oil for my car put the reg number in which sound my car and told me what oil I need I ordered it then found out it was the totally wrong oil

Great product at a competitive price.
The only downside was the delivery time as it was two days later than expected due date.

Really pleased with your products and great service, however I never seem to be able to claim the free rewards offered?? Can they not be automatically added to order on dispatch of goods?

My first experience with this company was extremely positive. They had what I wanted in stock and delivered it very quickly. I will certainly consider using them again.

We ordered a car battery from you in January , it was the wrong fitting for my car , last week phoned on the off chance that you might swop for another one , lady I spoke to was a lovely lady Remi who processed a refund which was paid back into my account the same day , since then ordered correct one and was delivered within 2 Days , thank you for a great service

Ordered a car battery on 9 January for £99. Delivery took 3 days despite being advertised as next day.

The battery supplied was not compatible with my vehicle (not start-stop). The model sent also appeared to retail for around £75 on their website, despite me paying £99.

I arranged a return through the retailer and the battery was collected on 20 January. Despite this, I did not receive a refund and was repeatedly told to wait 14 days with no further updates.

After several weeks with no resolution, I had to raise a chargeback through my bank.

The refund was only received on 29 April, over 3 months after the return.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend.

I recently purchased a few items from My Motor World again, and just like before, the service was outstanding. From placing the order to receiving the delivery, everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Their fast delivery and overall reliability really set them apart—highly recommended.

Reason for 5 Stars is because I Always get good service from their shop staff and online. Delivery was quick and on time and the products well packed and as described on website. Motor world is My go to place for my motoring needs.

I've used my motor world 3-4 times and I've had no problems. If you order for next day delivery you get next day delivery. I like that if you're a member you can earn points and if you save enough you can use anytime. I've never had any problems I've never received damaged item everything is always packed well ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fast delivery, customer service is excellent

Item was listed as being in stock. ApplePay didn’t work(it does for me everywhere else). Had to manually pay by card. Got expected emails about order prep, estimated arrival. Then got email saying the order had been cancelled owing to no stock. Had to monitor for refund. This purchase simply failed.
