Sandra was very helpful with booking 1-1 with pensions. I explained i was having issues with setting password and i emailed team for support. Sandra sent email i can reset my password which i tried. I emailed requested for another password reset response was quick. I still need to rest my password. Sandra was patient and supportive.

These webinars are usually very informative, but I didn't really get much from this one (Feeling financial stress in Silence). It only lasted 10 minutes, so although signposted to a few sites, not a lot of info discussed in detail.

Nirin was very polite, patient and supportive. Nirin went over information for me even though it was recorded.
Nirin provided me with the information beyond that which was provided and that I was not certain I could do. Nirin spent a lot of time with me explaining, in simple terms, (what I need) enabling me to be more confident.
