Very nice and quick customer support!

Wanted to exchange my nail polish as it was not what I expected. Very easy process to contact customer services and very quick response from Sam and Mariah! Both were very nice and were updating me on the process.

Highly recommend!

I've been having my nails done with a fantastic, local business for about a year. However, I unfortunately reached a point where I could no longer justify the cost. I did some research and found the Mylee home kits. I hesitated for a while because of some of the negative reviews, however, I am so so glad I decided to go for it anyway. The quality is fantastic and as someone who's nails grow super fast and always finds gel/biab lifts at the sides, I did both my fingers and toes almost 2 weeks ago and they are still brilliant. Not one has peeled or lifted!
I did buy the dehydration and primer set along with the main kit, and did put a lot of effort into the prep, but it is clearly worth it. Will save me a fortune in the long run!!

I was overcharged on an order due to an error on the website and they’re proving to be very difficult in resolving the issue. They happily took my money!

We explained that you had already received a discount code of 5% on top of the Christmas pre-sale. A further 25% discount could not be applied to your order on top of the sale, and this is outlined on the BLC app as well as in our own terms and conditions. The 25% BLC discount is only available when a sale is not on.

I can’t fault Mylee products

I can’t fault Mylee products. I love the colours and quality and have been ordering from them regularly without any issues. However, last time I received the wrong item. Neren from customer service quickly responded and ordered the correct one.

Terrible Customer Service + Delivery

It doesn't even matter if the mylee polish range is good when their chosen delivery service (Yodel)is terrible. Yodel have lost my order for the last week and it appears impossible to get a hold of any customer service from Mylee beyond AI.

I can't find my own order on the Mylee website to report it missing and they don't have any live chat available for assistance. All I get are AI apologies from their whatsapp which is completely and utterly useless.

I will no longer be shopping at Mylee because it is a waste of my time and money.

Worst nails ever

I was expecting the most nicest nails I was so excited to wear them , just to realise there a RIP OFF I wore them for 3 hours they fell off . They maid my hands look tacky and looked horrible . Primark nails last for a day unlike your nails and there only 2 pounds

If you are finding that your gel nails are peeling off, then this is likely due to an application error. It can take some getting used to doing gel nails yourself, and our products are used by both salon professionals and home users. Once you get the hang of it, you'll be on a beautiful journey to beautiful and long-lasting nails.

There are several reasons as to why your nails would be peeling:
- Improper prep before applying the gel polish, such as nail cleansing, buffing/filing, etc.
- You could have oily nails, in which we would recommend using a nail dehydrator
- Improper curing times, or using a lamp that hasn't been tested with Mylee products. Both the gel product and lamp should be the same brand.
- Overflooding the gel onto your nail, it's important to apply a thin layer, cure, and then build up and repeat the process as you go along. Gel being applied too close to the skin, causing it to then peel
- Not capping the free-edge of the nail
- Being in contact with water a few hours before or after your manicure

Mylee removed two of my reviews

There are lots of things I love about Mylee, they have great gel colours which last well, gel wraps are great, and lots of kit I’ve used from curing lamps to gel remover products. I would give them five stars or even 10 if I could, but when I left a negative review about their peel off base coat, they emailed me to acknowledge my review, asking if I’d used a nail dehydrator, posted and then removed the review (twice). It’s doesn’t seem fair to me.

Thanks for your guidance. I do apply as you described and you kindly discussed this application method with me recently and supplied me a free bottle, in case there was an issue with the batch. Just an FYI, my review on the 13th of January is not an updated review, it is actually the third time I have reviewed this peel off base coat on your website.

The peel-off base coat will remove your manicure if you are using too much product. It is really important to ensure that you are applying only a tiny amount to the centre of the nail; the peel-off base coat will peel off prematurely.

Exceptional customer service

So happy that this company has a brilliant and efficient Customer Service department! Emily was able to sort a non-delivery caused by Yodel/InPost not following their stated policy. Would wholeheartedly recommend Mylee as a company.

Mylee is the best nail gel

Mylee is the best nail gel, but when a parcel goes missing the customer services is not too good, I purchased a Christmas gift in November which was expected on 4/12/ 25 which wasn’t delivered, it is now a week before Christmas and still not been sorted. Very disappointing

Amazing!!

Amazing!!

Yodel ‘lost’ the parcel… I contacted Mylee and after a day to check what happened they sent out a replacement that arrived the next day!

My husband purchased items for my birthday Black Friday weekend which arrived promptly in time for the day. On opening the parcel sadly the Pressed Chrome Palette was damaged emailed customer support with a photo of the damage. Very quick response received and new Palette was delivered a couple of days later all pristine shiny and new 😁

Beatrice resolved a delivery issue for…

Beatrice resolved a delivery issue for me, i place an order December 2nd, courier said delivered but it was not delivered to me. Email MyLee letting them know it had not arrived, Beatrice dealt with my issue very quickly and arranged a replacement, delivered by a different courier service. Parcel arrived as per Beatrice email today, thank you Beatrice your help was much appreciated.

Amazing customer service
