Bought the nail wraps for the summer to give my nails a rest from uv gel. They are quick to apply. I normally add a top coat for added durability which helps them last for up to 5 weeks. Then as they grow I add another layer of top coat and they last a bit longer. If I need to replace a wrap, I simply wipe the top coat off and peel the wrap off and reapply a new one. After using a set I’m usually left with some odd sizes. The larger ones I cut down and place on my middle finger, then add a contrasting colour to the remaining fingers and this gives me a new set of nails. I get loads of compliments on them as people think I’ve got them done professionally.

Recently I spent over £47, my order arrived. A few days later another arrived that I did not order of over £37. I RETURNED this at a cost of over £6. It has taken a month to receive the £37. Mylee refuse to pay the postage on goods. Beware !!!!!!0

My husband bought me the full kit including lamp my Christmas, all good, colours in pack were ok but plain and a couple of glittery bottles so I decided to buy some more colours, I picked 3 different pink glittery shades. When they arrived I checked each colour and they were all clumpy and I was really disappointed to look inside the top of the bottles and they all looked half empty so took a paper clip and opened it up and one bottle was half full the other two bottles were 2/3rds full, I wondered if this was why they sold the gels in black bottles? I contacted customer service who arranged for replacement gels polished to come in the same colours and they took a note of the batch numbers. So within a few days I received the replacements and again these were clumpy and bottles again were not full, the exact as before, I contacted customer service again and they asked me to chose another 3 different shades which I did, I returned the others again. I didn't receive any follow up to ask how the replacements were? Wondering if anyone else had had the same problem? Thanks.

I spent £50 on Mylee products and followed the application instructions to the letter but it peeled off the very next day. I asked customer service what I was doing wrong and they told me they have to 'review' my case. That was over a month ago, Whenever I email them they say they are still 'reviewing' it - what takes so long?? Has anyone else had this experience?

I am loving Mylee’s magnetic range and wanting to try the new pigmented builder gels but waiting for another discount day

Amazing! I went for the Main Kit and I have to say that it went beyond what I expected.
Good products and very easy-to-follow instructions... as a matter of fact, anyone should be able to use this product easily as long as you know how to put nail polish on your nails... it is that simple. Absolutely recommended!

Shocking customer service took 2 days to reply between emails!!!
Delivery company they use are just as bad and they both just pass it on, won't be using again.

Slow customer service weren't very helpful , as id already told them from start i didnt have the original order email as it was nearly 2 years ago (so I thought) turns out it was longer than I thought. But had a blunt response & basically here's a link & pay £8 plus P&P . I just think it could of been handled quicker & more efficiently & to be honest nicer.
Emails didnt go through properly. So used the whatsapp chat. Took the best part of a whole week to get sorted .. pretty shocking really!

I've used the eucalyptus wax on my legs so far and it's great! I love the wax warmer, it's really efficient!
