Thank you for your review. It doesn't sound like there's an issue with the drying time. As long as you are curing your gel with the suggested time for the base coat, gel colour, and top coat, then it will not cure your gel polish any further. It sounds like you are referring to the gel tackiness, which doesn't have anything to do with curing times.
I have explained this below and have also requested more information from the review, so I can reach out to you directly via email.
All gel polishes, top and base coats (except no-wipe products) have an inhibition layer which can leave the polish feeling sticky or tacky once cured.
To remove this, simply wipe the nail with some Prep & Wipe on a Lint-Free Wipe as the last step of your gel manicure. It's important not to touch your nails until you have completed this final step.
You should always ensure you're applying your gel polish in thin layers. If a coat of polish is applied too thickly, it may not cure correctly. Instead, apply several thin layers to build up the opacity.

I have spent so much money on Mylee and at first I loved it. However, the quality I feel got worse as the polish and builder gel are lifting after a couple of days. I used to managed 2 to 3 weeks and ones even 4 weeks, but with the same preparation now, it only lasts a few days and then lifts off and peels of my nails.

If you are having issues with your application and are using the builder gel and gel polish, but are not doing anything different, then we would advise you to firstly ensure that you are applying a base coat under the builder gel as recommended and are applying thin and even layers of the builder gel too. If you have done this and it's still not making a difference, then we would recommend applying your manicure without the builder gel and instead using the base coat, gel colour, and top coat as normal.
It's important to know that there could be other reasons as to why this is happening, too, such as there could be an issue with your lamp, a difference in application methods, medications, and a change in your nail type (for example, they have become brittle), which can then subsequently cause the polish to lift/peel, amongst other reasons.
Once you get back to us with the Request Information, I can then reach out to you via email to advise and look into this further.

Terrible customer services
Terrible customer services! Promised a phone call back from a manager still waiting for that to happen! Order was delivered to a neighbour when I specifically asked for that not to happen! Note left on the door also saying not to be left and emailed customer services to make sure that message was passed over to delivery service. I was in all day the day of delivery and was still delivered to a neighbour. Took a week for me to be able to get hold of my order to then find that all the nail varnishes were thick and unusable. Thrown all away as no use to anyone! Was probably left by heating at my neighbours house where it shouldn’t have been delivered in the first place!

I had high hopes for Mylee’s Buildable…
I had high hopes for Mylee’s Buildable Gel Nail Varnish, especially with claims it lasts up to 2–3 weeks. Unfortunately, mine started chipping before the end of week one, despite careful prep and proper application. That’s not a minor gap between promise and performance, it’s a complete miss.
Even more disappointing was customer service. After several emails explaining the issue, I got unhelpful, responses and no meaningful resolution.
For a brand that markets itself on salon-quality, long-lasting results, this fell well short. Save your money: it simply doesn’t deliver on its core claim, and support won’t step in when it doesn’t.

Had a delivery issue, not caused by Mylee. I contacted their customer service, who replied almost immediately. They were helpful and friendly and resolved my issue. I was kept up to date with progress of my redelivery.

Poor quality products. Bad customer service
Gel nails raps- Very poor quality. Even if you follow the steps, they don’t last more than a couple of hours and start to chip quickly. They feel like you have sellotape on your nails. The customer service is terrible—they don’t actually help, and they reply only after several days

Mylee LED nail lamp, not worth the money. be prepared to wait minutes and not just 60 secs
The delivery of the nail kit I ordered and the extra items I decided to buy later, arrived within a few days.
The array of colours, choices are great. I even bought the powders too for the chrome finish and these work really well. Just can get messy with glitter all over the fingers.
What’s important to consider is the led lamp. I have found this ok, but will be buying another brand at a later point. This lamp requires more than just 60 secs and even after applying top coat and putting the hand back in the lamp for an additional few mins, doesn’t always leave nails dry.
I’ve had the kit for 2 weeks and applied the whole lot, hydration prep, base coat , 5 in 1 builder gel, polish x 2 applications and top coat, I have tested this 4 times on myself on painted 5 other family members nails.
All , including myself have had the nails chip within 1 week. ( even with solid prep and following the guidelines, makes no difference)
So unless you wear gloves constantly or don’t do many domestic chores or wash your hands often. Then don’t expect the polish to last the 3 weeks. That’s an exaggeration to say the least. 7-10 days at best.
The lamp is not worth the money. My view. As you have to use several times and then at the end wait a while, I timed About 10 mins after the top coat has been applied , otherwise you end up with fluff or something stuck to the nail after spending at least 40 mins plus doing everything.
Genuine , honest feedback. I paid about £150. Wish I had bought a quality led/UV lamp. That’s the next purchase , which will be the lamp from “The Gel Bottle company” it is expensive, but This definitely works as it should. I’ve Tested and compared this to the Mylee led lamp. Not worth the money.

I completely understand what you have suggested in terms of how the polish is applied and how the products are used.
I have a friend who is a qualified technician, and has worked in this field for over 20 years. Extremely fab reputation in her work.
As a test I asked her to apply the nail polish and cure my nails with this kit as it may have been the way in which I applied the polish to myself and all the other people I tested this on.
I have to say , with her extensive knowledge and experience of applying products and preparing the nails before hand, using only your products and the lamp, it made no difference to how long the polish remained.
I also bought the whole kit and she used the wipe prep solution and followed all guidelines, watching the video clips too. As an experiment.
I understand why you feel compelled to make assumptions that it is me and there is no way this could in any way be related to your products . However, there are very much exaggerated statements regarding what you market and advertise. But you are no different to others companies, that’s what marketing is, right!!! It sells .
Again these are my honest views . I would love to actually know if other people manage to actually have a full 3 weeks of non chipped or undamaged nails. As the professional salons gel products work and last very well in fact 4 weeks.( and yes I know there contents and chemicals used are different) Thanks again. I shall leave it there for now.

In regard to your comment about the nail curing times. I can confirm that you will not need to cure gel polish for longer than the recommended time; the polish will be cured as long as you are applying thin and even layers. If the gel polish is still wet/tacky, then this isn't to do with the lamp; this is to do with the inhibition layer of the gel itself. All gel polishes, top and base coats (except no-wipe products) have an inhibition layer which can leave the polish feeling sticky or tacky once cured.
To remove this, simply wipe the nail with some Prep & Wipe on a Lint-Free Wipe as the final step of your gel manicure. It's important not to touch your nails until you have done the last step as mentioned above.

In regards to the gel polish chipping or peeling- These issues could be due to a number of reasons.
The most frequent reason for gel polish lifting is due to the preparation of the nails before application. Do make sure your nails are cleansed before applying your base coat. Push back your cuticles and any dead skin on your nail bed. If you leave any dead skin on the nail bed by the cuticle, it will start softening with time and contact with water and will ultimately shed, making the gel polish lift by the cuticle. Avoid using oils or lotions on your nails before you start your manicure. Also, avoid putting your hands in hot water before or after application, such as a warm shower or washing up, as this can cause your nails to expand and contract, causing gel polish to shift.
If you had the entire gel polish lift off the nail bed, it is most likely due to the technique of buffing the nail surface. Gel polish likes to cling to a slightly rough surface on your nail bed, and buffing the nail provides this. Do make sure to lightly buff and roughen up your nail surface before application and cleanse to remove any dust. A smooth nail bed could cause polish not to adhere properly.
Always ensure you're applying your gel polish in thin layers. You can apply multiple layers to build up the opacity. If a coat of polish is applied too thickly, it may not cure evenly, leading to bumps and lumps forming.
When it comes to actually painting your nails, it’s key to stay within your nail bed and not get any polish on the skin or let it pool by the cuticle or the side of the nail bed. If there is any polish that starts pooling, it will create an edge for the polish to lift.
If your gel polish started lifting from the tip of the nail, try capping the free edge of your nails to seal in your polish. This simply means adding a thin layer of polish to the tip of your nail. This covers the edge and means the polish wraps around the nail more, leaving less edge for the polish to try and lift! When capping the free edge, be sure to only use a tiny, tiny bit of polish.
Please also ensure that you're not shaking the bottle of polish before application, as this could cause air bubbles to form. To mix your polish, roll it gently between your hands.
Please also ensure that the white or transparent blue sticker that covers the entirety of the lamp tray is removed. Once this sticker is removed, it helps the lights to reflect off the mirrored tray, which assists with curing the gel.
We'd recommend if it still isn't lasting after you've tried again, taking into consideration all of these points, then try a nail dehydrator on your nails, as it could be that your nails have too much oil or moisture on them that isn't always visible. This should help ensure that the gel adheres to the nail properly.

Beware - wraps damage natural nails
I use cheap nail wraps from Amazon, which are easy to apply and remove, and thought I would treat myself to more “professional” ones. I got the Mylee ones and they applied exactly as the ones from Amazon and looked great; however, the removal was appalling. Despite using Mylee’s removal oil, my nails have been severely damaged by these wraps (this has never happened with the cheap Amazon ones). On some of my nails, the top layer of my natural nail has been removed. I followed exact instructions for application and removal. I now have been left with 2 pairs that I absolutely cannot use as I can’t risk further damage to the nail bed. I can’t comment on Mylee’s other products but there is no way I could recommend their wraps, due to the damage caused.

Highly recommend!
I've been having my nails done with a fantastic, local business for about a year. However, I unfortunately reached a point where I could no longer justify the cost. I did some research and found the Mylee home kits. I hesitated for a while because of some of the negative reviews, however, I am so so glad I decided to go for it anyway. The quality is fantastic and as someone who's nails grow super fast and always finds gel/biab lifts at the sides, I did both my fingers and toes almost 2 weeks ago and they are still brilliant. Not one has peeled or lifted!
I did buy the dehydration and primer set along with the main kit, and did put a lot of effort into the prep, but it is clearly worth it. Will save me a fortune in the long run!!
