Thank you for your review. 'm sorry to hear that your gel manicure didn’t last as expected.
Gel Polish application takes a bit of practice to perfect. Once you learn how best to work with the products, you will be able to create salon-quality at-home gel manicures that last for up to 4 weeks.
Most adhesion issues can be solved by correct prep. If you are prone to lifting, you may want to add the Mylee Dehydrator and Mylee Acid-Free Primer to your routine. We recommend following the full Mylee Prep and Application method shown here -
It is important that your cuticles, if necessary, are pushed back or removed, and that the product isn't touching the skin around your nails. We also recommend that you ‘cap’ each nail by running a small amount of product over the free edge on your gel polish and top coat layers.
Each layer of gel polish must be thin and cured for 60 seconds using a Mylee LED Lamp. The key is to make sure the product isn’t thick around the outside, as this will create an edge for the polish to lift.
The next time you apply the products, please take some clear, up-close pictures of your nails so that if you have any further issues, you can send them over to us. We will see if there is anything further we can suggest to help.

company took a long time to get back to me about an incorrect description about the polish the missing pink. it was neon and they never specified it was on the lisiting. they are slow to reply and im not happy.

The products are really good, order loads off you in the past. Was very disappointed with the delivery service this time. Was not made aware the parcel had been left. And there was the weather, it was raining hard, so all my products were wet through!! I would seriously think about changing the delivery people you use though. As not leaving a good impression at all.

Free-from products
Although I had plenty of Mylee product already, I specifically sought, and ordered, free-from products. When they arrived there was nothing to show they are free-from. I questionned this via a chat and was told that all products are free-from. That's great, but annoying I bought product I didn't need. Also I was asked for a review long before the product arrived.

I have not received my parcel and…
never received my order despite paying £130 for it ( order number MYL-UK-1014062 )
The company sent me a photo as “proof of delivery”, but it only shows a cardboard box placed in front of a closed door. There was no signature, no confirmation that I received the parcel, and no proper proof of delivery.
I have sent more than seven messages asking for help, but every response has simply been, “The parcel was delivered.” No effort has been made to investigate the issue or assist me.
At this point, I am just trying to get my money back.
Very disappointing customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Bought the nail wraps for the summer to…
Bought the nail wraps for the summer to give my nails a rest from uv gel. They are quick to apply. I normally add a top coat for added durability which helps them last for up to 5 weeks. Then as they grow I add another layer of top coat and they last a bit longer. If I need to replace a wrap, I simply wipe the top coat off and peel the wrap off and reapply a new one. After using a set I’m usually left with some odd sizes. The larger ones I cut down and place on my middle finger, then add a contrasting colour to the remaining fingers and this gives me a new set of nails. I get loads of compliments on them as people think I’ve got them done professionally.

Recently I spent over £47, my order arrived. A few days later another arrived that I did not order of over £37. I RETURNED this at a cost of over £6. It has taken a month to receive the £37. Mylee refuse to pay the postage on goods. Beware !!!!!!0
