I would not recommend Theo Grace Jewelry.
The prices are extremely high for the quality you receive. I ordered a personalized bracelet, and the letters were noticeably crooked and uneven. For a custom piece at this price point, that is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the bracelet clasp does not work properly and constantly comes undone, causing the bracelet to fall off. It feels cheaply made despite being marketed as premium jewelry.
Shipping was also delayed past the guaranteed delivery date, which was very disappointing.
Customer service has been one of the most frustrating parts of this experience. Responses take days, and it feels like you're either dealing with outsourced support or AI-generated replies rather than someone actually trying to help. Communication is slow, impersonal, and unhelpful.
Despite receiving a defective bracelet with crooked lettering and a faulty clasp, Theo Grace refused to provide a refund or replace the bracelet with one that was made correctly.
Also, my confirmation email had my order date two months prior to the date I actually ordered it seems suspicious for a 90 day warranty.
Overall, this was an expensive purchase that did not live up to the quality, service, or customer experience promised. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I placed Order #515354519 today. I love your thoughtful ideas, but I had some issues with the purchase. I purchased the $5 gift box, note, and bag. For the note, it looked like a freeform entry. I wrote a poem. When I clicked on the arrow to proceed, you all created your own message using some of my verbiage. Still, I wanted something that I wrote. I ended up using your message as I didn’t have the energy to retype everything. Plus, your system kept freezing up.

Very disappointed with my experience. I purchased jewellery that was advertised as sterling silver, but after only a short period of wear it has already tarnished and shows signs of rusting. I also experienced a skin reaction while wearing it, which is not what I would expect from sterling silver jewellery.
I also noticed that there is no 925 stamp on the necklace, which has raised further concerns about whether the jewellery is genuinely sterling silver as advertised.
To make matters worse, one of the items from my order was never received. I was told a replacement would be sent, but it still hasn’t arrived. At this point, I no longer want a replacement and have requested a full refund.
The quality of the jewellery and the customer service have both fallen far below my expectations. I am extremely disappointed and feel that the products I received were not as described. I hope the company resolves this matter promptly, but based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Absolutely terrible experience. The parcel should have arrived 6 days ago and today is already Tuesday 26th May with still no delivery. I paid extra for express shipping for an important gift and the entire purpose of the order was ruined. Tracking updates have been useless and misleading for days. A £10 refund for shipping does not compensate for the stress, disappointment and awful service. I will never order from this company again.!!!

Never received order-they refuse to refund me
I placed an order. Paid for faster shipping. Received no product and they refuse to give me my money back. It’s the principle. The tracking number shows my order has been stuck somewhere for weeks and this place wants to give me a coupon to place another order. Why would that be helpful when I cannot receive the order I actually paid for. Don’t trust this place!

Terrible Customer service follow through
Beware I had an order I placed and paid extra for shipping. The package was never received and showed on a Fedex truck out for delivery in a completely different state for over a week and Theo Grace did nothing. I had to file a claim of a lost item with fedex myself.

Do not buy. Item came very tacky and poorly made and not close to what was expected from the image online or as it was described. Mother’s Day gaurentee was a ploy, with no intention of actually doing so. I placed almost 3 week prior and had nothing to give on Sunday which was sad. Customer service is non existent and will never buy again. They responded once saying they would offer 15% off to keep their crap product, or would send me info to make a return and my refund me, but it’s been silence since then. I’ll continue to reach out. Felt like a scam at first and now I can confirm it’s a scam. Do no waste your time or money here, save the troubles and go elsewhere.
