Will never buy from this company again. I have emailed multiple times with no response. Here is my last email send two days ago with no response.

I have just returnes from Wales where I went to visit my friend for her birthday and also to wish her good luck as she is emigrating to the USA. As I previously informed you, the pendant and one the bracelets I purchased were for her birthday present and also as a keepsake as I will most likely never see her again.
As you can reas back through me emails I showed concern in a few emails regarding receiving the necklace by the promised date that I paid extra for. I was told everything seemed to be on time etc. When I showed concern again explaining that I needed it before 1 May, which was later than the promised delivery date, I was told that you would do what you can to push Fedex along re delivering it before then. I actually decided to wait until 1 May before leaving for Wales, missing precious days with her before she left as I really wanted to give her the necklace as a special present. The necklace did not arrive into the deliver depot until very early in the morning at the delivery depot on 2 May, so I decided to wait again. This was a Saturday so I assumed the promise of hurrying Fedex along would mean that the least you could do is schedule a Saturday delivery. How wrong I was. Necklace was not delivered until Tuesday 5th May due to a bank holiday on the Monday.
This company has totally let me down. If the promised paid for delivery date cannot be accomplished, then please do not offer it as if this had been the case, I would not have ordered it. I could not afford to buy another necklace to replace this one as it was not cheap. The production time realistically is too long and it was quite obvious that it would not be delivered by the promised date and I asked you kindly to cancel the order. You kept my hopes up saying stating delivery date is still 29.April. As soon as it got to Fedex it stated 1 May which you knew was too late for me.
I am looking at the necklace and am quite upset as it is very nice but no good to me now. A ruined memory that I cannot get back.
I also need to return both of the heart bracelets as they are obviously made to fit a childs wrist. I had purchased one for my friend, again for us both to remember each other by and again she loved it and went to try it on and it was so small in length and she has small wrists, as do I. Why make it so short?. surely in the advert for the bracelet you would state it is made for a child size wrist.
To conclude, my friend had nothing to take with her as a birthday present or keepsake and I felt sad and embarrased. I am also out a lot of money and feel very let down by this company.
I would like to return both bracelets as not fit for purpose. Order no 611264874. total cost £80.
I would also like to return the Bee pendant necklace as it was delivered much later than the date promised with express shipping paid for at a total cost of £107.75.
I have had emails from your company requiring feedbaco for both purchases of which I have refrained from responded so far. I also have been contacted by Trust Pilot but I am waiting until you hopefully do the right thing and refund me for these items.
I await to hear from you at your earliest convenience.
Note. I do not like to leave negative reviews but have had no other option.

Stay away from this site IV ordered a birthday necklace and was told the delivery would be the 13/5/26 as it was getting closer to the date I was checking the tracking and it just says being jewellery being made and has done since the 28/4/26 when I placed my order IV emailed a number of times to get replays that it will definitely be arriving tomorrow and it still stays being made IV email yesterday and had no response this has now left me with no preasent and no time to sort this out IV also paid for a five year warranty on what looks to be like a necklace that I won't even be receiving absolute joke of a place costume service is so poor and beautiful warned ordering from here might be just a scam as nothing is sent or produced.
IV now s got to somehow explain to the person who I bought this for I have no birthday gift as I'd ordered this and they kept promising it would arrive on the 13/5 which is tomorrow and that looks impossible to say it say still being made.

I recently got this for my wife the heart with names wrapped around it.
I recently got this for my wife. I purchased the gold heart with my children's names. I give this product a 3 out of 5. First the chain is very thin a seemingly cheap. The heart is too big for my liking. The names are too small. It looks fine, but after being bombarded with Facebook links etc. It definitely isn't as nice as it appeared in the adds. My wife will probably wear this a couple times a year at best. 1 more Mother's day gifts added to the box of missed opportunities.

Guaranteed delivery is a marketing ploy. They don't have any idea if it will make it on time.
Don't listen to these businesses about "guaranteed delivery dates". I ordered almost 2 weeks before mother's day and it still probably won't get here until Tuesday the 12th. Unbelievable. Can't rely on anyone anymore.
Obviously they don't know what guaranteed means. I think we should all get discounts if you were promised before Mother's Day. It was embarrassing telling my wife I don't have her gift or anything to give her on mother's day.

I ordered a neckless for Mother's Day 2 weeks ahead of time "guaranteed" to arrive before Mother's Day. I would never have ordered this if it wasn't going to be here in time.
