False advertisement- horrible customer service
If I could leave 0 star I would. My husband surprised me with a gift for my birthday as a new mom with a necklace that included personalized names (3 names, maximum 5 letters each name). The necklace came in with a huge heart pendant and the “personalized names” are so small you cannot even tell they’re there. They advertised the necklace as a “name necklace” and that is false advertisement. The sizes are not proportionate, you cannot even see the names. We spent over 2k on this necklace and all we got when we reached out to customer service was the generic AI response stating they can give us store credit. Horrible experience for a brand that preaches about personalizing gifts. Do not recommend buying anything.

The necklace was created according to the personalization details selected when the order was placed. The dimensions of both the heart pendant and the personalized beads are listed on our website, and the piece was produced based on those specifications. I also understand that you asked about returning only part of the necklace, but as the design is sold as one complete piece, we aren't able to accept or replace individual components separately.
Personalized items are normally excluded from refunds, I wanted to offer a solution, and that's why I arranged a store credit so you can choose something else from our collection in the future. Your prepaid return label has already been sent, and as soon as the necklace is returned to us, the store credit will be issued.

Overall I thought the process of…buying an item through your website was not at all easy and you will need to remedy your system before I buy something else or recommend you to one of my many friends.
Overall I thought the process of purchasing this item was not particularly smooth. Your system appears to be quite sluggish and it took me 4 or 5 attempts to actually purchase this. Would I use you again is a question I will need to consider as it wasn’t a very easy process and I could easily look at buying an item without the hassle.

Regarding order modifications, we can still make changes to your order as long as the item is still in production and has not been shipped yet. Cancellation requests follow a different process, and our cancellation policy is provided before checkout so customers can review the details and make an informed decision before placing an order.

Nightmare delivery
Since my last post the company have been in touch.
My order cannot be delivered because of a customs charge which they have advised me to pay, although I have already paid for the item and delivery.
I have sent them all the details to check the status of the tracking which I am surprised if they don't have this as they arranged it.
So they can't pay it at there end and I have to pay an extra £63 to release the order from customs and then I can send proof of payment and will be refunded.
The alternative is to wait 3 weeks to customs to return it to sender and then they will send it back out, by this time I have missed my wife's birthday.
If your are ordering a gift for someone I would advise order a few months before you need it.

I completely understand that being asked to pay a customs charge after already paying for your order and shipping is far from ideal, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
To help get your order to you as quickly as possible, we recommend paying the customs fee upfront. Once you've done that, simply send us a copy of the payment receipt, and I'll personally make sure your refund is arranged for you.
Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to pay the customs charges directly on your behalf, as these fees are handled by your local customs authority and the courier only accepts payment from the recipient. I know this isn't the most convenient solution, but it is the fastest way to have your parcel released and delivered to you.
The other option is to wait for the parcel to be returned to us, which can take around weeks before we can send it out again. I completely understand that this timing isn't ideal, especially with your wife's birthday approaching.
Please know that I'm here to help you through this. As soon as you send me the payment confirmation, I'll take care of the refund process and continue assisting you until everything has been resolved.

I order a 85€ silver charms bracelet for father day.
The order came with 2 instead of 3 charms and after 1week of use the letters of the engraving were already gone and the charm oxidized (definitely not silver).
I made a claim in the customer service but I would definitely not buy here again.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. The negative reviews and complaints were absolutely true.
After only 3 months, both the bracelet and necklace changed color. The quality is very cheap, my custom engraving was done incorrectly, and the greeting card was full of mistakes.
When I contacted customer service to return the item, they refused because it was a custom order and offered no solution.
Poor quality, poor service, and misleading advertising. It was a complete waste of money, and I will never buy from this company again.
