Aston from MyGymEquipment was excellent from start to finish. He turned up exactly when he said he would and relocated my Peloton Tread to my new outdoor gym with no issues at all.

These machines can be quite temperamental to move, so I specifically wanted someone experienced — and it showed. Everything was handled carefully and professionally, and he even gave the tread a clean before leaving, which was a great touch.

Really smooth service and completely stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aston to anyone needing gym equipment moved — especially something as tricky as a Peloton.

Bike is in excellent condition, almost like new, with upgraded handlebars and seat! Video of bike was sent before dispatch and delivery was on schedule. I would recommend buying from this website-they really do care about their products and customers!

Prompt response to messages and questions, and extremely accommodating. Despite being second-hand the Peloton was in excellent condition. I live locally and the bike was delivered same day as purchase. Would highly recommend.

Bought a peloton tread. Wasn’t one in stock so had to wait a couple of weeks but comms was good. Wait was well worth it. Arrived very well wrapped and in great condition. Have been using for a few days now and it’s perfect. Exactly what we wanted. Aston is great. Sent a full vid of the tread from the workshop before sending with a shot of the wrapped up machine. Really happy with this company and would absolutely use them again with no hesitation!

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I’ll admit I was a bit sceptical at first because the price was so good – almost half price versus new. However, the whole process was flawless.

Delivery was prompt, the packaging was excellent, and the bike itself arrived in absolutely perfect condition – honestly 10/10.

Looked to buy a second hand Watbike from market place but ended up buying a reconditioned bike through my gym equipment, the price was more or less the same but came with warranty and a newly serviced bike 10/10

Peloton Bike+. To start with the bike looks like new. Communication was excellent and Aston reassured me, by answering all my tiresome questions, that parting with a reasonable amount of money on something I hadn’t seen was a safe bet and he was correct. Love the bike, love the service and would have no hesitation in making another purchase from Aston and also recommending him to anyone.

I bought a wattbike atom from my gym equipment. Excellent communication from Aston. Absolutely love the bike. I thought the bike had a slight issue after a few times using it. Aston was even going to come and sort it out for me. All that was needed was to collaborate the bike in the end, but the offer to come and sort it was very grateful. Would definitely buy other equipment from Aston in future. A ski erg is on my list.

MyGymEquipment answered all my questions before the purchase and supplied and delivered the Peleton running machine I wanted. It was pristine and worked perfectly. I have had it for a couple of weeks and used it many times. It is excellent. I am really happy with the service.

Very pleased with my experience with Aston and my Wattbike. To be honest I was sceptical, so wanted to see the bike and do the purchase face to face. It was all genuine.
