I have bought all my recent gym equipments from this company. The customer service is excellent and the team go a long way to maintaining relationships. Will in particular is impressive in his desire to delight customers. They are my go to suppliers.

Will and Hilary provide first rate customer service. I ordered a set of weights during the January rush and despite delays they kept me updated with the progress of my order and repeatedly chased the supplier. I've had an amazing experience with Gym Equipment. I live in NI and they are one of the few companies who will ship Pilates Reformers here. First Will who talked me through the buying process and furnished me with invoices to secure some funding I had found. Then Hilary who went above and beyond to make sure the customs paperwork was correct and in place for the shipping deadline. She even monitored her emails afterhours to make sure there were no hiccups along the way.
The equipment I purchased arrived on time, in perfect condition, it's sturdy, user friendly and will stand up to the constant use it will receive. And not to forget competitively priced.

Working with Gym Equipment has been such an easy and organised process. Nothing is too much trouble and as a teacher, having this company to organise, design and supply the equipment is so useful. Really couldn't ask for a better service!

Gym Equipment have been great to deal with. We bought an FT2 functional trainer from them. Gym Equipment helped find someone local who had one of these bits of equipment so we could try before buying, they also gave us advice on gym layout and altogether have been great to deal with. The FT2 trainer arrived today with the installation team who were really thorough, friendly and efficient, and really helpful on advising how to use the trainer once set up. Note, this is a complex install, it took 2 people 5ish hours to put together. You may find these multigyms available elsewhere for less, but by the time you factor in installation, Gym Equipment are competitive and provide a genuinely great service. Thoroughly recommended!

First time using these folk. I randomly found them via google as they stocked the bit of kit I was after…. Happy to say first class throughout. Great proactive comms. The installer that they used was superb, long time since I’ve seen service like it. Turned up early to ensure he could help with delivery and just got on. Great job thank you.

After shopping around online, GymEquipment were recommended to us by a friend. Not only were we able to buy everything for our new gym from one supplier, which saved so much time, the advice and recommendations were spot on.
We were kept in the loop with items that needed to be ordered and everything was delivered on time.
Also really helped that Russell invited us to their showroom to view and even try the equipment first.

It was a challenge to find somewhere with TechnoGym equipment in stock but the exact treadmill I wanted to try was available at GymEquipment - I emailed them and response was great and Russell booked me in for a visit. He was super helpful and his advice was spot on and the whole transaction was super smooth. The treadmill arrived and was installed 48hrs later - faultless service from start to finish - highly recommended.

I was looking for a treadmill and recently bought a SoleF85 from Gym Equipment in Beaconsfield . Throughout the process Russell was great in giving me advice and assistance about treadmills and helping me generally . I would certainly recommend Russell if you are looking for a treadmill .

Great company to deal with. Russell was very helpful when I was seeking advice before buying a Life Fitness IC6. The bike was delivered quickly and on time with free assembly on site. I had a couple of small warranty issues a couple of months later and Russell was very diligent in arranging with Life Fitness to get the repairs and following up to ensure it was done. The IC6 itself is an excellent machine.
