I ordered some shorts. I did not like the look or fit. They gave me a run around on email for weeks upon end on how to return. When I finally got a return address and instructions (which I had to send to China), they keep telling me they still haven't received the item. So I'm now out the cost of the 4 shorts I ordered and the money I paid to return to China. I still haven't given up trying to get my money back, but will try to find as many places I can to write bad reviews for them because clearly they are a scam company.

If I could give them a ZERO I would. I bought a sweater top from them - it was way too big. Contacted the company to return and was told I had to mail the item back to CHINA. Well that will cost me more than the $45.00 I paid for the sweater. Nowhere in their return policy does it say you will have to pay to return your item to China!!!
Plus in my correspondence with them they mention headquarters are in CA - but they would not give me that information.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - do not buy from this company!!!

I ordered Chasmere sweaters per the website, but I received Polyester sweaters.
I tried for a month before they would allow me to return them, after being offered a extra small percentage off to keep them!
I had to take multiple pictures of them before I could return them.
I spent almost half the cost of the sweaters to return them internationally to an address in China!
I thought the company was in Canada
I sent over 50 emails to this company inquiring about my refund and they kept saying that they didn't receive the items!
I'm beyond exhausted with them.
I wish I had known that this was not a legitimate company before I ordered. I hope that this helps someone else so they won't make the same mistake.

Ordered an outfit and they never replied with purchase order acknowledgement or tracking information. Teached out to customer service multiple times with no reply. Ordered because I was having back surgery and needed something comfortable to get in and out of easily. Took 4 weeks to receive and it wasn’t the right color, fabric was not what they had described, Pants were way too short and top was nothing like the photo. Been trying to return for a week and no one replies. The package came from LISA in NY not the company with no packing slip. Don’t buy from them. Huge scam!!!!

I got my order after almost 20 days and it was not the color I ordered. The set also had a different top than what I ordered. Checking after the fact, small print says they have the option to substitute product from what you order. Very tricky that they have US/CA location as their company but all shipping and returns are China. Cost of return was more than value of goods. Terrible customer service. No promise of ever getting refund. Lots of hoops to get through. What a RACQUET

I ordered two blouses April 25th. It took 4 weeks to receive them. They were to small for the size I ordered so I wanted to return them. I requested to return the day after I received them (May 27th). As of June 2 I had not heard back from them so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Within a few days My Comfy Blouse offered me a 20% credit refund and I could keep the blouses. I accepted their offer and stopped the dispute with my credit card company. It is now August 18th and I have contacted them no less than 20 times asking where my refund is. They now say that I am outside the 30 day return window and they can not issue a refund. This company is horrible to deal with and I would not purchase anything from them again. By the way, the blouses are of poor quality. Buyer beware - do not order from My Comfy Blouse!!

Better stay away from this online shop
I ordered a size S, but it was still far too big for my 5’8”, 143 lb frame. The quality is extremely disappointing. The dress is advertised as a “corset,” but it’s made from a very thin, single-layer fabric with no structure—no boning, no lining, and certainly no support. It doesn’t function like a corset at all.
I waited 7 weeks for this one item to arrive. After expressing my concerns about the poor quality and excessive delivery time, the store offered me either a 20% refund or the option to return it—at my own expense.
If you’re based in the U.S., I strongly recommend avoiding this shop. Return shipping costs more than the dress itself, and customer service is unhelpful.

Literally the worst company there is!!! I have been going back and forth for 2 months with them. My dress came in over a month late and they are refusing to fully refund me and send me the return information. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I spent 70$ in a dress that doesn’t fit and is paper thin and came extremely late. They’re not helpful at all!!! They’ll try to give you a percentage of your money back as a credit! SCAM!!!SCAM!!! If I could give a lower rating I would. The sizing was off, ok, deal with that, I thought. I not only did that, I did multiple examples and sent it back. Between each communication it took them over a week to reply. (Only 30 days to return) after the fourth email, now they tell me that I have to pay to return these items, but I won’t know if I get a refund until after their inspectors have thoroughly inspected each piece. It’s been a nightmare, never again!

They didn’t ship my dress for 2 for over 7 weeks after ordering and refused to refund me when I asked for one since it hadn’t been shipped. The service is terrible and not helpful at all. Don’t buy anything from them. They’re a complete scam. I ordered the dress May 30th and I still don’t even have it.

The only reason I gave it one star is because there is no option for 0 stars. This has been the most frustrating experience. I'm trying to return items and get a refund, but no one will respond to my requests. Had I read the prior reviews, I never would have placed an order. I think I'm stuck with merchandise I don't want and out $100. Would advise anyone to read many of the reviews before ordering.
