Do not buy from this company. I waited a very long time for my purchase to arrive and when it did it was damaged. It was a vintage denim jumpsuit. It was missing teeth from the zipper and did not zip. The material had zero stretch and was so disappointing. When I requested a refund they said I had to pay for the return shipping to China myself even though they sent damaged product.

We will give the dress away and never ever use their services. They have no customer serve no ability to return a product reasonably.

Scam! I received the jeans several weeks after ordering them and they were not even close to being the size they stated and could not be gifted. I requested a return per their website and they sent me an email stating that I have to pay to mail it back to China myself & gave me an address though their return policy states they would send a shipping label. Their return window is 30 days knowing full well that after the week they waited before responding to my email that there is no way that it would get to that address in 30 days in China. There is no address in the U.S. anywhere on their website. Run far and fast from this company as they are a SCAM!

The company has multiple levels of fraud. They used an Instagram post for a similar 3-piece set, not theirs. They sent out an item that was a totally different color than as pictured. the quality is AWEFUL; they claimed "made in the USA"-clearly shows China & on packaging under the multiple labels- China; no customer service the package was sent from a residential address ...filing BBB and hoping my credit card company can help me as well

AWFUL! I placed an order for 2 dresses (I wasn't sure what size I'd be) that were yellow on their website. When I received the items they were made so poorly (middle school home-ec project) and were beige and not yellow. I filled out the form to get a refund since they state you cannot just send it back. They keep asking for more information as a stalling tactic. They state that the return window is from date of PURCHASE. I sent them the photos they required along with the reason that I'm returning the items (poorly made, wrong color). They were never worn or even tried on and I am following their protocol. STILL NO WORD. THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY> RUN!!!!

Okay so i get the backless elegant dress in OLIVE GREEN keep that in mind. Then i wait excitedly for the next TWO WEEKS. then i get a knock at my door and no shot this dress is LIME GREEN. I AS A WHITE PERSON i LOOK LIKE TINKERBELL. Not funny. u should be glad im not old enough to sue.

Long wait to receive. Not what I expected
It took almost a month to receive my shorts. They fit a little small. The pictures on their site look like a cotton material. The shorts I received do not look like cotton, they look and feel like "bike shorts" or lycra spandex exercise shorts. I will wear them but they are not what I expected.
Order was shipped to the wrong address
They shipped my order to the wrong address. When I contacted them they said it when to my address and a shows as delivered but in never arrived. The order too FOREVER to ship. Don't waste your time. Wasted $90 on the company
SCAM!!
I have been waiting for more than two months for one item, which my daughter ordered for her high school graduation. She obviously had to get a different dress. I still haven't received it. Customer service is beyond useless. I have contacted them several times, but they can only read one email at a time, and so don't review any of the previous communications. I've asked for a refund, but they insist I send the dress back which has been "in transit" from Coppell, TX, to Dallas, TX, for two months (20 miles).

This company website us usually down. when tracking my order placed 6 weeks ago, the response is the same "your order will be shipped 14-21 days from order".... and it is a computer generated message. There is no human to 'chat' with. Looks like i got scammed out of my money.

The shirt that came in the mail looked nothing like the images on the website. Completely different product. The material is poor quality, and the seams look like they're about to fall apart. Plus, it took at least a month to ship. Do not order (especially because they cannot offer full refunds).

Actually would give them minus stars. Ordered short dress, accidentally ordered a 2nd one cause I thought I was confirming my order. Messaged them immediately to cancel 2nd dress. Got automated message they would get back to me. Messaged again after day. Same response. After week got a response sorry the package just shipped. When I got order it was a long dresses. Completely different style. Not at all what I ordered. Messaged them again. They would give me 10% refund because I would have to pay for return and they are now shipping from China and it would be real expensive to return. I requested they send the dresses I ordered. Not in stock that’s why we sent you the other dresses. Back and forth for a while. I lost the $70 and I have 2 dresses I don’t like. Never got my 10% back either cause I wouldn’t agree to there terms. Terrible company. I would call scam even though they shipped me something. Who substitutes items and assumes you want that. Short dress to long dress—-so close lol.

Scam! I bought what was supposed to be a pair of Judy Blue jeans. What I got was a pair of jeans that had no label and looked like they were made in someone's basement. They refused to respond to emails asking for a return label. Managed to get a refund by filing a dispute on PayPal. Stay away! Very unethical scam business selling counterfeit products.
Cheaply made products
I bought what is listed as the "Floral Bustier Midriff Waist Shaper Dress" in the blue print, and it was not at all as advertised.
The dress is very cheaply made to the point of being unwearable, the shoulder strap was ripped and frayed at the edge and the zipper barely functioned. The fabric is extremely thin and see-through despite one of the clips on the sale page specifically pointing out that they are not see-through, and the floral pattern is blown out and blurry. I was excited to wear this dress to a party next week until the moment I held it in my hands.
On top of the frankly shitty quality, shipping was near impossible to track.

Ordered two dresses on 5/7 that were stated to arrive in 14-21 days. As of 5/26 the package was updated, “the post office is in operation”. I reached out to their customer service on 6/2 only to get a generic, scripted response. I replied to said response that I hadn’t received any items, and have never heard back from them.
I too feel like the whole website is a misleading experience. I hope I’m able to find resolution with PayPal since this company doesn’t care to help anyone out and is clearly as scam. Maybe together we can get places like this out of here.

Ordered this for Mother’s Day. By the time it comes in I’m assuming my mother will probably be a great grandmother. Hell by the time it comes in I’m sure I’ll be in a retirement home wondering why I ordered this. Still waiting for this to come in.. still waiting..
I ordered a dress
I ordered a dress, then realized that it would not get here in time for my event. I cancelled this order( or tried to) within 30 minutes after I placed it. I received an email back from customer service two days later, telling me that I can’t cancel the order because it was already processed…after several emails (and days), asking to cancel, they told me that the order has been shipped and there’s been no response since. I would NEVER order anything from this company again.
