This company is not honest. The item is not what it says or what it looked like in the photo or on their website. Be weary and do not purchase, when you return the merchandise it is costly, $80.00 to return and it has to be returned to China! The company is rude and they took to long for the credit. I had to involve my credit card to file a dispute to get my money back. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.

Sure wish I would have read the reviews first. They suck. I ordered a sweater and the check out process lacked transparency. They charged $9 for 14-21 day shipping and never sent an order confirmation email. Stay far far away from ordering anything on this website.

Would love to give five negative stars. They sent me items I did not place the order for. One a great big black over sized large outfit. I weigh 107 have never ordered L in my life! They make it impossible to return. Take a picture of this a picture of that. What is the order #? When they don't give you one. SCAM. Let the buyer beware 😏.

Ordered a dress for my birthday and never received it, the customer service is horrible automated responses that give you the run around about your merchandise. I never got the dress, and couldn’t get through to anyone to get the refund. Do not order from this site!

Poor quality stitching and materials. Significant delay of delivery. Inaccurate sizing. Would not send me return shipping label. I paid over $80 to return items. They did not accept return so items were returned to me. I refused delivery and was returned to Comfy Blouse again. It took so long to return to China I'm no longer able to dispute the charge. I'm out $300 on this mess. Wish I would have seen these comments before ordering.

Scam website. Do not order from them. I ordered a simple white dress from them and it never arrived. When I emailed their customer service, they told me that it was delivered and I should have gotten it in the mail. It has been over two months and I still don't have that white dress.

My Comfy Blouse, an online clothing company, is a FRAUDULENT SHAM company. I spent $200 on long-sleeved fitted cotton shirts that I NEVER received. The company was not legit. Their tracking software was a joke (and an email sent to me made it look like my packages would come in a few weeks....), they are not accountable for their sham shell of a company luring unsuspecting buyers, like myself. There is NO customer service. I pray they are busted on every level legally and pray for devastation to their operation.

The stated review policy is not accurate. It says you have 30 days to change your mind and request a refund. What it does not tell you, is that in order to return the item, you have to ship it to China. UPS told me it would cost $400-500 to return a shipment to China. All the while, the organization shipped it to me from their warehouse in California. But, I am not allowed to return it to California. The following were my return options…

To address this issue, we would like to offer you the following alternative resolutions:

“1. We can issue a 20% refund on your order, which will be applied directly to the total cost of the product. Additionally, you may keep the product as our gift to you. Feel free to consider giving it as a gift to your family or friends.


2. Alternatively, we can provide you with a gift card that is equivalent to 50% of the product cost. This gift card can be used for future purchases from our store, giving you the flexibility to choose an item that better suits your needs.


If you find either of these alternative resolutions acceptable, please let us know your preference, and we will proceed accordingly. However, if you do not find these options valuable and still wish to proceed with the return, we will provide you with our return address in the next email. Please note that we do not provide return labels, and the shipping cost for the return will be shouldered by the customer.”

Essentially, you can receive 20% return value, and you eat the rest. I will not be ordering from this company again.

They are a scam company. Their photos and website are all fake. Their products are trash.

They sent me the wrong item on purpose along with a not that said "Sorry, we ran out of what you ordered, so here is something else instead." What they sent me was complete trash.

They make the customer pay for shipping it to China, and they do everything they can to prevent you from being able to ship it back or get a refund.

TOTAL SCAM!!!! Do not buy from them. You will regret it and you will not get your money back.

I would give zero stars if I could! My Comfy Blouse is a TOTAL SCAM!!! The jacket I received after a long wait was terrible quality (like cheap/thin felt) and huge (despite being a size small). Their "easy returns" policy is a joke, because you have to pay to send it back to China rather than California, which costs as much or more than the product itself. After weeks of emails back and forth and waiting long periods for responses, I was offered a pitiful partial refund (15%) that I ultimately accepted bc there was no better option. When the refund didn't show up, I disputed the original charge on my credit card. I was then told by My Comfy Blouse that I had to undo the credit card dispute to receive the refund, so I did. After many more months of emailing back and forth trying to figure out where my refund was, I was told the refund was issued. It still didn't show up after that, so I tried to dispute the original charge on my credit card again, which my credit card would not allow me to do for a second time. I continued emailing again My Comfy Blouse for more months and continued to be told the refund was issued to my original form of payment and I should call my credit card company to check with them. I could tell the refund hadn't shown up but I called my credit card company a few times to confirm anyway. The credit card company confirmed the refund never showed up so I emailed My Comfy Blouse a few more times and was still told the refund had already been issued (which was still a lie). I finally gave up. This company made money off of me and caused many months of frustration (from June - November 2025; the date of experience noted for this review is the original order date). It is so frustrating that companies like this continue to operate without consequences!!!

Don't even try it... the products are inferior to those made by similarly priced clothing suppliers, the sizing is way off (neither a medium or a large fit me) and they are dishonest about their return process. Any/all returns must be sent to China at the customer's expense. My $90.00 order cost $60.00 to return to China with no guarantee it will arrive because the return address is a residence, not a business. And, the customer service process was total waste of my time. After 10 back and forth emails and my refusal to pay $60.00 to return a $90.00 order, they offered me a 20% refund. I refused and will donate the items to charity. I rarely write a really bad review - but this company is actually really bad.

Do not purchase from this company. My item never arrived. They said it was coming. I actually never received an email receipt of payment. I paid through PayPal and after 3 months of no product and the company saying they would send a refund I filed a claim with PayPal and finally got my money back. The company says it has a Canadian address but it is 100% Chinese. Terrible company and totally scam like.

To be honest they don’t really deserve any stars they are horrible, my order came wrong, it took for ever to deliver, I ordered 5 sets in Medium size, all my pieces came in all different sizes, and quality of the material is very cheap, I cannot use any of this at all, it’s a completely loss for me, they are a rip off company, I hope people see this review and don’t buy anything from them. This company should be reprehended and have people refunded of their purchase.

Trash. Received a laughable top in comparison to what I *thought* I ordered!!! The top I received was made of the nylon material they make sports jerseys out of, but lesser quality, not that I’d want the top I saw made of nylon! Ugh. No labels, just a L tag like a cheap costume. What a scam and it was expensive! I’m not bothering dealing with the jokesters to get my money back. First and definitely last time this will happen to me!

This is a complete scam. The original order confirmation will tell you that you will receive your item in 10 to 15 days. lol. You will receive multiple multiple multiple emails from them telling you that your item is almost ready to prepare. Then almost ready to be packaged. Then almost ready to be shipped. And then the shipping emails are all lies. Each and every email will be used to get you to buy more of their crap with offers of discounts. There is nothing in the email that goes past. The subject of line of your order is almost ready to be packaged. Etc. etc. The absolute worst company online I have ever tried to order from. Reading the reviews I expect if it ever does come it will be complete crap. I believe I will report them to my bank as a scam operation to get my money back. I do not expect the merchandise to ever get here.

Do not shop here!!! Fraudulent company sends you inferior and different products than you order. They will not respond to refunds and play a game with credit card disputes.

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Wrong color and the fit and material was horrible. It comes from China so you will be waiting weeks. I called customer service and sent picture of wrong color and they said they would give me 50 % off next ordered item. But, the customer service agent could not grant that, I was supposedly going to get and email with coupon. Never got it!!!
I was told if I returned it would take weeks for them to receive it so I would be waiting foe money back for weeks. So I kept and gave away and still waiting for 50% Off coupon. Remember ladies, stuff comes from China!!!

Zero stars!!! 3 and a half weeks and then email says in my town but can't deliver to adress! Lol and it is impossible to contact them! Everything is repetitive to send emails!!! They suck!!!

They shouldn't even get 1 star! DONT order from here. It's a scam! I'm waiting for my money back and I'm just getting the run around. They same me the wrong item and even though it says it a medium it has to be about an XL. Besides it's cheap and terrible material. I'll have to give it away to someone who fits in it for a haloween costume!!!!! Don't waste your time or money!!!!
