Edward and his team have been excellent in selling our property. Communication was spot on and we were updated throughout. They listed the property in October 2020 and it sold in February 2021. The fees are also incredibly reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cocoon to friends and family.

Amira has been our Property Manager for almost a year now and it has always been a pleasure to deal with her.
She is very efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She is also a good communicator. In all, her service has been excellent.

I have been calling up trying to speak to someone about a letting property to get a few details and arrange a viewing for 2 weeks now. I have rang about 6 times and each time i am told i will recieve a call back the next day to discuss the property but this never happens. It still has not happened.

Like many people who decide to sell their property we went to several of the large a Estate Agents. Some of their commission rates were incredibly high. We were therefore so lucky to be recommended. Very professional and friendly and very competitive with their commission rates. In the days of Rightmove the buyer is not walking the high street looking in estate agents windows. We had our house sold within 10 days at the asking price. After 27 years selling a home can be quite daunting but Cocoon helped guide us through the process and were very active in progressing the sale through to completion. Cortni McFadyen was our main contact and she was excellent. I would certainly recommend Cocoon.

I have found the team to be excellent and I know they are experts and I appreciate their approach and their advice and patience.
