“A truly personal service” is what they say in their website. I say ‘they’ but every time I have called them their answer service bureau picks up the call. I have not once spoken to an actual My Cocoon employee. Clearly this is a sham estate agent out to take your money and hide behind email and an answering service. I confidently expect this ‘firm’ to disappear very soon owing a lot of people a lot of money.

Not worth the effort or hassle. Much better platforms out there. Avoid if you can. I should have read the reviews before signing up.

Be warned Quicklister gives out your name, email address and phone number without consent. I probably got 1-200 enquiries and have been overwhelmed by hundreds of calls, text messages and emails from all enquirers and Quicklister. They say I can only delete my phone number so they have no concern for my safety or quality of service. My intention was to communicate only using the Quicklister messaging service which would have been manageable. So this is a brain dead robot sadly.
They sent me a reference in which the applicant provided no evidence of income or savings and they accepted it from Vouch with no query. When I complained to Vouch they said Quicklister had accepted it so was responsible!
The website is quite clunky and enquirers complained that they couldn't access it. It repeatedly replaces messages that I deleted from enquirers who didn't fulfil requirements. It didn't allow me to choose the deposit amount when I wanted to reduce it from 5 weeks to 1 months rent. This is a 9-5 low level service Monday to Friday.

We used Quicklister to market our property for nearly a year on rightmove. Very few viewings booked. No offers. There is no further active support from the estate agent. The fee is solely for use of their online tool to market your property. It is easy to use.

Stumbled across Quicklister (Cocoon Estate Agents) while struggling to source a way to sell my house, disappointed by initial contacts (discussed with many). WOW is their process easy to navigate, transparent, and clear to see what you need to do and where you are (current status). They offered really great advice and list on both Rightmove & Zoopla as well as giving you the freedom to drive inputs (pictures, descriptions, etc) and update in real-time! They are easy to contact. Only listed for 3 hours and I have 5 viewings booked already!!! HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again when the need arises. Thank you very much Quicklister for making selling my home easy! FORGOT to mention = exceptional value for the small price charged!
*** 24-hour update: 8 viewings booked and 2 interested for follow-up, WOW the power of receiving interests directly (24/7) multi-channel (portal/phone/email), I scheduled viewings directly all over the bank holiday weekend. The greatest benefit is the immediate contact for open communications should someone be running late, need to reschedule, or just to answer a few questions.

I am a landlord and I have been with CoCoon Estates Agent since 2016. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to landlords.

Used Cocoon to sell a property - thought the £89 was too good to be true, and was probably a scam, but it was only £89 and was frankly astonished at how quick, easy and cost effective it was! I was fairly well prepared, so had all the documents they needed to hand, but sold in less than 72 hours for full asking price. 10/10 would definitely use again!

We weren’t looking forward to selling our house in Haslemere, but Melanie was brilliant from the word go. Her knowledge of the local property market and clear-sighted information and advice were invaluable. Best of all was her ‘can do’ approach and availability to discuss and work through any issues as they arose. We are very happy indeed to recommend Cocoon - thanks Melanie and Ed!

A quick and easy solution to market your property. Fill out the form with all the property details, write a description, add your photos. Provide some proof of ownership, an energy certificate is also required and you're done. Where else can you get that for the price, the support and customer service are also excellent..Sit back and wait once the ad hits Rightmove and Zoopla your inbox explodes!

Cocoon Estate Agents are a refreshing change in the lettings market, they focused on providing a really good service with clear concise communications. The team have been great and very responsive if any issues have arisen. I wouldn't hesitate highly recommending them to anyone in Kingston or the surrounding areas
