I have been ill for 12 months
I have been ill for 12 months - and I still am - but whilst I have been incapable, my husband has been trying to deal with my mail, computer work, etc. This has resulted that I have been sent a fair few "your signature" forms. I wanted to continue with the Claims Guys and I rang and was dealt with by Amy. She is the most pleasant and very efficient person. She is helping with advice with firm and my forms, etc. I am 80 now and I can't tell you what a comfort my conversation with Amy has been. Well done!

I think the communication has been Excellent.
I think the communication has been excellent. MCG has kept me informed with regular updates and reassurance throughout the process, which I really appreciate.
However, the claims process has taken much longer than I expected. As time goes on, I am starting to feel discouraged and uncertain when the claims will finally be settled. I would appreciate a clearer indication of when I can expect to receive the claim payments.
