Started a claim over a year ago

Started a claim over a year ago. Just keep sending the same emails over and over with no update on what's happening just a email stating lenders have to pay money back due to FCA or something.

They are forceful for a review the second you start a claim due to a "office incentive" or something similar.

A good company to deal with.

Sending across copy of my marriage certificate and late husband’s death certificate made the changeover to claim being in my name, so very easy and kind.
