I was constantly bombarded with calls until one day i let my guard down and give in to trying a stocks and shares broker who called me everyday, was nice and kind until i asked to make withdraws from some of the vast 55k amount i had accumulated in the fictitious account with them on the stock exchange they were not allowed to trade on, Only to be told i could not until i deposited more money ? to cut a very long story short, I then twigged this is a scam, I closed my account with constant 40 to 50 calls a day from these low life gutter scum. found and contacted mychargeback who were nice and friendly and helped me to get my money back from the visa company after 3 months. People we all do it think we can get some extra cash flow its hard to not fall for these scams these people are professional crooks, please do not be taking in by there calls just put the phone down, don't listen just drop it down, goodbye. The chargeback fees are steep in my opinion for what they provided to me but they will go all the way depending on your case so way it up. I got all my money back and i was well stressed but happy in the end and i for one am a honest person so i payed my way to mychargeback. There are millions of scams now all sorts of Low down tricks and cons around the globe, Check out who is calling you do not fall into there trap, I was very lucky but others loose thousands of pounds to these gutter scum rats who hide behind a computer and phones and never see there money again. Be safe, Think before you act.
After being scammed we all would like to execute these scum rats but finding them is a hole other game.

My initial concern was that this was another potentially illegal entity. However, after speaking with its representatives, viewing the correspondences and experiencing the partnership in the process, I became comfortable that they were the real deal. I received immediate success with the first procedures and it was evident that their research and knowledge with the offending entity was strong and they were prepared to fight on my behalf. I can give my story without my usual reservations anymore because it has come to a happy conclusion after months of struggling with this scam broker and my own bank.. My life was upside down - completely upside down for 2018 and now in order a year an d a half later. My broker, who shall remain nameless since his name was fake anyway, had me "invest" in times I should not have and lost everything on my account. This what I was understanding happened of course - but it was then clarified that my caring broker was in face after my deposits the entire time. The deception was beyond what I could imagined in hindsight. When I was explained this when calling Mychargeback it was clear I had been defrauded by my broker.

I did not know that it was intentional my brokers were "trading" and "investing" my money intentionally to lose it in a few trades...which actually didn't ever happen! I have always tried to see 20/20 in all my dealings and when I invested into my broker nothing was different. Unfortunately I found out too late that my money was not going to be withdrawn. Didn't think I could be in the same position of those writing online about the same issue. seven months of negotiation with my Bank to obtain chargeback for a quite considerable amount of money, was not without its problems.

However with a case manager directing me and direct phone links to the Bank in Australia, the outcome was successful-100% chargeback in my favour.

I have been a victim of a fraudulent internet site that was claiming to be trusted on line broker firm.
After defrauding me for over 5000,00 EUR my account with them was blocked & I have had no access to my account on their site & no way of retrieving my funds.

The process at my chargeback was nice. The bank told me it wasn't possible when i tried to do this myself. Something stupid rule that the transactions where to old. After this, I'm very happy. Mychargeback results are difficult but good. It took a long time, but I can not complain about it. I appreciate the fact that my chargeback team has presented my case well to my bank. I worked there for many months because my bank did not understand anything correctly. We had to wait for hours for various calls, BUT it was nothing. My bank filed my case and it was Mychargeback's help, which is why I received a refund.

I would also like to thank you because I was warned be careful with talk to my broker and be clear as possible during the process in the bank. (I've been called and still getting phone calls from brokers and asking me to trade again.)

I would have gave them two stars because everyone was very polite but I want people to know my experience. I live in the US. I sent wire transfers to two separate banks. Neither bank responded. If you live in America there is no just thing as a wire transfer recall. The banks do not care. I wasted $2000 for a generic letter that they put info into but use for all their clients. One of the letters they made mistakes on. I definitely feel like I payed WAY to much. They were nice people but I think they are very busy and have lots of clients. For me just a waste of my hard earned money. If you live in America. Don't waste your time.

I was quite hesitant to use mychargeback service after I was scammed by an online trading company of an amount of 10500 euros. I thought mychargeback was another scam recovery company but I decided to take the risk just to try them out.
