Do not buy from this company. Two faulty cases sent, bad quality. No chance of refund as apparently I had passed the 3 month qualify (even though the second case I was given was faulty too).

I received my phone cover today - Folio Case iPhone 13 Leather Wallet Cover Butterfly Apple iPhone13 - and it is perfect for my phone. The quality is 100%, the leather is soft, and the pattern on the cover suits my personality. I am in love with the colour.
I have in the past found on other brands that often the magnetic clasp is not very strong but the clasp on the cover I purchased is strong and sturdy. Means that the cover does not want to flip open easily.
I love the product so much that I have ordered another different case to have - because I can. ♥️

I find the way to judge a company is the management of a problem. I made an error with my, new, postal address. Therefore the original order did not arrive. The company sorted the issue and sent a replacement. A generous act considering the fault did not rest with Mycasecovers. I will buy from them in future.

Ordered to phone covers/cases and one tempered glass screen protector. Supposed to be sent with australia post tracking. It wasn't, and the $12 screen protector turned up shattered like a car windscreen. Not impressed with the phone covers either. Definitely won't be using this company again. Edit, got a refund for damaged item.

Purchased a phone case and protective screen cover for the Samsung Galaxy S10. The case fit perfectly and is in excellent condition. The protective screen cover did arrive in the mail shattered, however after contacting mycasecovers they responded very quickly and mailed a new one, free of charge. Mailing was also quick. I recommend. :)

This is very confusing and somehow my review about Caseoz has gone to mycasecovers. My apologies and maybe I order the item I need from myCaseCovers as Caseoz never delivered after payment was made !! I ordered an iPad mini case recently. It arrived promptly and I am extremely happy with it. 3 of the corners have developed a crack. I contacted the company and was immediately responded to by Joanne. She indicated that it was within the warranty period and that a new case would be sent. 3 days later and a replacement case has just arrived. Thank you so much.
