Had to call roadside assistance today as my car wouldn't start. Steve turned up at the time he said and did a test which showed the battery was kaput. As he was removing it, he discovered that one of the terminals were loose, and that may be the problem so he tightened it up and got me to try again. Alas it was apparent that the battery needed replacing. This was done quickly and professionally. When it came to payment, it could not be recieved by his phone, so he rang the office and I spoke to Linda( I think that was her name). The transaction was completed in a professional and friendly manber.

He organised my car to be fitted with tyres in the allocated booking time.
He handled an older gentleman well that was rude and direct insisiting his car be attended to with tyre fitting..

They did a great job, very efficient and was ready earlier than expected. Recommended.

The service Sunnybank Hills MyCar Tyre & Auto provide is fantastic. Staff all very professional, extremely hard working, great attention to detail even when totally under the pump with walk in customers streaming seemingly endlessly through the doors for help. Their friendliness and courtesy to everyone, no matter how large or small or urgent the problem is amazing! And they do a really great job making sure that you fully understand what has been done. So..Great value, convenience, customer service and professional skills. They are really excellent! To top it all off its a very convenient location located in an under cover shopping centre carpark. Its fixed while you shop 😂

After being quoted by the dealers service department I thought I’d check the price with Mycar as they replaced my tyres 12 months ago and now the TPMS was playing up. The price quoted was less than a quarter of the dealer price. The friendly staff and service was exceptional and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
