Got a flat tyre yesterday.dropped in this morning- no appointment. So professional. Quick and easy. Tyre fixed quickly. They handled tyre so I wouldn’t get dirty. Third visit to Wyoming MyCar, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Daughter goes there as well. Always friendly service, professional advice and never a problem. Makes tyre problems so easy. RC

The mechanics helped me out with my car issue at short notice - highly recommend this great local business

I spent several hours yesterday 19th July trying to purchase tyres and a wheel alignment for my vehicle, I found tyres at a 30% discount at Mycar, I tried several times through the day to check out as I knew the sale was ending at midnight.
I took screenshots of my many attempts as well as calling the branch and advising them that I was unable to check out.
This morning I rang the branch and Steve wasn’t interested in the difficulties I had trying to check out and continue to say the sale had ended at midnight and then he stated the obvious that it’s now 8.26am.
It became obvious to me that during our conversation he wasn’t interested in my screenshots nor checking the voicemail message id left them, whilst they advertised this special to end at midnight it had in fact ended the day before as checkout wasn’t available and Steve says the sale price couldn’t be honoured despite this problem.
I told him I would refer this to fair trading and leave an appropriate review on Trust Pilot.

I ended up purchasing the tyres I wanted for $660 this morning slightly less than MyCar sale price.

Will and the team were great. They matched a price for 4 Pirelli P-zeros PZ4 tyres, staggered fitment, did the full 4 wheel alignment on their Hunter machine, and the car drives perfectly. Highly recommend giving them a go.

I’ve been to these guys a couple of times now and the customer service is awesome.
Never been disappointed with the work done and these guys have always given me great advice as well.

I towed my Merc to MyCar Sunbury with 2 flat tyres after hitting pothole on Calder Freeway driving north. They helped analysing the damage and offered great solutions. They offered one new tyre free as it was 5 months old. They helped replacing 2 cracked rims as well supplied by me without additional cost. Professional and Gentlemen. Thanks for helping when I needed most.

I dealt with Joe at MyCar Katoomba yesterday. His service was excellent, and his manner was really well-mannered and friendly. There was a discount offer that I hadn't been aware of, however he rushed my job through even though he was very busy. My compliments.

I've been servicing my car (cars) for more than 10 years at Mycar Cloverdale WA and not to mention, been happy with their professional service and extraordinary customer care. Just as I thought it can't get better than that, I was again pleasantly surprised with the staff kindness and their unique customer support. I brought my car for tyre puncture repair, they did it in record time while I was waiting and when it came to payment, they kindly declined to charge me anything. It was an act of kindness you rarely see these days. I thank the Mycar team once again, and I promised to myself to remain their loyal customer for ever. Thank you guys.

The team was extremely accommodating to fit my vehicle in on very short notice due to an oil leak. They were upfront about costs and were great with providing updates during the process. They were also really understanding that my vehicle was older and will be replaced soon so helped me decide what were necessary repairs to keep my car going in the meantime.

Biggest dodgiest place to go to get a lift put in. 2017 everest developed a thump in the driveline imediatly after installation of a pedders 2 inch kift by mycar burpengary. After having the car for 3hrs, (it never moved from the parking lot which I was sitting across from), they tell me, "nothing to do with anything we did, our installer reckons it's your torque converter", I mentioned to him the vehicle had already been looked at by a transmission specialist after the lift install and his professional opinion is it's the centre bearing/diff out of alignment which is common and needs bearing shims and longer bolts put in. Mycar replied, "our installer reckons the everest has a solid one piece shaft". It actualy has a two piece rear shaft with a centre bearing. Mycar burpengary is refusing to put on a hoist and look at it. Oh and yes, mycar did the transmission service the same day.

They beat a competitor’s price. Fitted and wheel alignment next day for the four tyres. Staff are friendly at Macquarie Centre and tyre care plan provides peace of mind.

My car Midland is the best place I have ever been for a car service. My little Swift is an elderly lady now but has never let me down. I went for a routine service today they rang to say there were a couple of things that needed doing on top of the very reasonable service. I was happy for those to be done, I didn't feel they were trying to upsell as has happened to me in the past at other places, as an older female. There are 2 more major things that need doing but as i said my car is far from new, and the mechanic has quoted the work into 2 parts 1 needs doing fairly soon the other can wait a while. Their attention to detail is spot on and you can see that it is a happy workplace nothing seems to be too much trouble. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Had a puncture they fit me straight in put the tyre back on put the spare back underneath absolute legends

I had my car serviced here for almost 10 years without issue, but the place has really gone bad recently. I had my car booked in for a week, left it with them all day, and I had to call them at the end of the day for them to tell me they had forgotten to work on my car. I booked it in a week later, called at the end of the day, as I hadn't heard from them again, and they said to come get my car and it would be ready. When I got there to pick it up, my car was still in pieces and the mechanic had apparently gone home. Today, I had it booked in again, with all of the work quoted to be done ahead of time, and when I arrived they told me they wouldn't have time to do it. The communication used to be fine, but the whole place has really gone to the dogs. I strongly recommend you don't waste your time like I did.

Excellent work. Dropped in this morning at 8am to mycar North Rocks for an emergency puncture. I was received politely, the issue was diagnosed quickly, and the repair was completed within an hour. Great service and much appreciated.
