Great service from a person who cares

Chelsea the lady who helped me through the process at each step was so helpful, great care and wonderful customer service with updates on each step.
Take your time and work through each section slowly to get it right fist time. Would recommend using this service.

Excellent Service!

From the moment we applied to renew my passport, to receiving a replacement, I was met with courteous, professional and friendly service.
All from the comfort of my home.

The instructions for the passport photo itself were clear & concise using just my phone, which was a bonus.

We received valuable updates on when to expect the courier, which was useful and meant no unnecessary waiting around.
The courier who collected and delivered all documentation, was also prompt and polite!

The passport consultant Christa, assigned to my case, provided an excellent service, I never expected to receive my new passport so quickly!

How to renew the UK passport if living in Asia

I live in an Asian country and my UK passport expired. But I didn't know how and whom to contact to renew it. Then I searched on Internet and I found UK Passports Abroad service. This service was very helpful and guide me step by step. Their service was quick and efficient. I'm amazed how much support given to me.I recommend anyone to use this excellent service. Excellent service

From my first contact with Chelsea at My British Passport, she kept me updated with every step and assured me of the wait times. Any questions I had were answered quickly in bearing with the time difference.

My renewed passport arrived 4 weeks after receipt of my expiring one which was expected. Now I am waiting on return of my old one.

One payment to deal with the issue of and the courier fees incurred made it easy as Chelsea took care of it all.

Once again thank you so much Chelsea for all your help.

Renewing my expired British Passport

I was very impressed with the service provided by my assigned consultant... Miguel. His instructions were very clear and easy to follow, and he followed up on every aspect of the process to ensure everything went smoothly.
From start to finish he was very efficient, making the whole process quick and easy.
The fact that I had one person assigned to my case helped tremendously, making me feel comfortable , without worrying about where my documents would end up.
Thanks for your speed and efficiency Miguel. I am recommending this sight to my friend who needs to renew her expired passport.

Excellent Service

I spent over 4 hours trying to maneuver the GOV.UK website to renew my passport. Everytime I left the computer for a few moments it would kick me out and lose all info. To say I was frustrated would be an understatement!
I decided it had to be easier to go with a private company and I'm so glad I did! Jan, the young lady assigned to my application , was wonderful! She walked me through every step of the way, answered any questions very promptly, and just helped me relax and understand the process. She is a real asset. Even though it's a bit more pricey than doing the GOV.UK, I have to point out it covered shipping both to and from UK and I literally had my own personal consultant. Worth every extra penny.

Good communication and information

Our passport consultant Christa was very easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions and information. However, unfortunately we found DHL Couriers, who deliver the passports, to be extremely unreliable. Also, we found UK Passports/My British Passport was almost twice the price compared to ordering through the GOV.UK website.

Applying for my renewal passport while abroad

I put off applying for a new and second passport while I was abroad as I thought the process was very difficult however when push came to a shove I had to do it. I was really pleased with the personal service I was given by UK Passports. I was kept informed and assisted all the way from applying online to being informed my new passport was approved and on its way. The service was fantastic,
