My girlfriend loved the gift!
I came across Bookeez on Instagram and got the keychain book from them. I absolutely loved the product — the quality was amazing and matched what was shown on the website. I got it as a gift for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it. The pictures came out great, and I had a very positive experience. Would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a cute gift!

No refund as promised - now resolved
I ordered a bookeez and nothing arrived - I then ordered another, and both arrived at the same time. I explained the problem to customer service and Katarina told me to send back the first one for a refund. This company is based in Serbia and so the postage back cost almost as much as the item itself -£14. I heard nothing and sent several emails asking for a response. No reply. Several weeks later I received the package back with a post office note saying the delivery had been refused. This is absolutely not how to treat customers and I'd like the full refund for the keyring I sent back, as agreed.
I am happy to report that after managing to contact the company through a Serbian friend, it transpired that this employee had left and that was why my emails had gone unanswered. The refund has been issued and I am very happy with the way Luka and his team dealt with the issue.

I took it as a gift for my girlfriend, the resolution of the pictures is great, they are not blurry.
the cover of the book is also well done, and the engraving is great.
Would recommend to take it for family, couple, loved ones.

I love these!!!!
It took a little longer to get to me than I expected (3 1/2 weeks). Customer service was VERY attentive and very friendly. The quality surpassed what I was expecting. I will definitely be ordering more.
