Product not delivered and website no longer available
I placed an order on the 3rd of March, and after two weeks have still not received the item or delivery update. When trying to track my order via their website, the website appears to be down with the domain no longer active. I then tried to reach out to them via email, however their email address bounced back with the domain no longer available. I also tried to reach out to them via their Instagram account with no reply.
It appears the company has closed down, and didn't fulfil their open orders before doing so. I have paid for a product that I have not received.

I love my little photo books from…
I love my little photo books from Bookeez. I have ordered 3 now that are always just lovely. Great quality photos and quick service.
Just be aware that engraving doesn’t really work on the textured covers and be sure to chose photos that you don’t mind the crease being in the middle. A lovely small gift for someone special that will remind them of how much you love them.

I am known for my pictures ! After losing my memories in a horrific house fire I value my pictures. This was an absolutely terrific item for me. I keep it on my pocketbook so it’s always with me.
