I ordered a bunch of skincare products that did not arrive. I kept emailing and initially, someone did reply and say they were on their way just delayed, and then afterwards the email and the website no longer existed. If I could give a zero I would've.

This is a scam ,orderd 3 products in September, never arrived ,tried to email, email doesn't exist.

Scam, same as all other reviews. Never received product, and website no longer exists.

Peace, mercy and blessings of God be upon you. I just wanted to inform you that I found a way to get my money back. I will go to the electronic police, and whoever did, they will tell me who stole my money and they will prosecute him. I did not know that.

Scam! I purchased some health products and had a 12 week wait for the items. In the meantime I'd had several large sums taken from my account - this site had set up a direct debit. I didn't realise it was this company that had defrauded until some time later. Their website is finally down, but they're complete frauds.

Money taken no goods. Fake do not buy

When i asked for a refund, they just blocked my email address.

Their website and their email not working anymore. I have never received items&refunds. £40 gone 😡

like many here, i paid for an order which never arrived and when i tried to check the site found it was down. the items i paid for were very cheap and it is well over a month since the order was placed.

Ordered something in August that never came, every time I chased they refused a refund & kept saying there's shipping delays. It is now November & the website & email address doesn't work.

It's a scam.
They took my money and shut the site down.
All emails to them bounce.

I ordered vitamins months ago and they have still not arrived. I checked today and their website is not available. I guess what thet say about it being a scam is true and having been found out they have given up the scam.

Unfortunately the website address was registered by DomainsByProxy.com which allows people to register websites anonamously which in my view should not be allowed as this promotes the opportunity for scams and misinformation.

Horrible service is an a understatement
4 months waiting for some tablets
Was told there was a delay in the delivery
And yesterday I emailed them to get a refund and the email bounced back as it doesn’t exist
Don’t buy from them if you care for your money

Morethen 4 weeks waiting, the order haven’t arrived. Can’t get in touch with them. Is a scam

This is a scam website - do not bother with them.
What a bunch of cheating despicable humans or robots.
I could go on forever, but I will just be wasting my breath as they clearly could not be bothered!!!

Your orders will never arrive. Save yourself the hassle of waiting and losing on your hard earned money.

Placed order twice and both times after chasing for more than 45 days, no delivery. Managed to get the money back for 1 of the order after several days of chasing. Still waiting for the 2nd order refund.

This website is a full-blown scam.

Scam, Avoid. Still waiting for my order from August. When I asked them they said having delayed due to Shipping & Short supply....Later they just stop replying.

Ordered vitamins, keep on being told that need to wait. When you place the order it states different delivery to what they state in receipt after purchase.
I wish I researched on trust pilot to review this company before my purchase. I would never have used them or will.
They have lost a customer who could have recommended the company to others if they had good practice.

Ordered Method cleaning product from this company and order never came. Tracking link doesn't work. This is the type of company that put you off online shopping.
