with origins. I ordered one month ago. Still did not received the order. Waiting and waiting. The order goes back all the time without information. I will never ever try to order from this site. No trustable, No timetable.

This website is a scam they charged my…

This website is a scam they charged my creditcard twice for one order then one of the two items was returned but the payment has never been credited. They stole my money!

25-06 update: sure i've already sent 5 e-mails about this without response from your side order 200004777406 and 200004777538

30-06 update: still no response from Myorigines even though i've send about 10 e-mails by now. This company is one big joke. The customer support by phone is only in French.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Great Price and service

Great price and service. My daughter had used MO before and I got my scent for a really good price in a reasonable time. Plenty of updates on the trtacking.

Price, Service and Quality Products

I have used my origines a couple of times now. The prices are cheaper than the majority of online shops selling similar products. Very good customer service and delivered when they said it would. Very pleased with the overall experience!!

Never again

First and LAST time ordering from MyOrigines. Their delivery partner (Planzer) marked my order as delivered without signature or delivery photo as they should have done and I never received my parcel. I first reached out to Planzer for help to which they very rudely replied they don't know who delivered and to reach out to the seller to re-send the item. I reached out to MyOrigines with evidence of the lack of signature and photos, requesting either a refund or to send the item again, like every civilized, serious online seller would do. They had me fill in the declaration for their chosen postage service to open an investigation and the resolution will depend on that. Horrible customer service, with AI replies to emails and 0 empathy or accountability. Shame.-

Gift did arrive....

This was a present to the person mentioned. She thanked me for it, that is all I can say about the product. As usual the parcel was delivered to the wrong home on the farm estate but this is something that the various householders there have to put up with.

MyOrigines was great

MyOrigines and its service was great. No remarks there. I would just suggest choosing a different delivery service. Mondial Relay changed the pick-up point twice and was one week late.
