Origines system issues caused 2 orders to be taken along with payments …..
Having spoken and agreed to send me the order ( 2 orders ) I have now received only one order on 14th MAY .
Despite numerous e mails - all without very prompt replies and certainly without resolving issue I have today received an e mails advising there is a problem refunding my money !!!!!
I merely want to receive the goods I ordered . Very simple !!! BUT NOT FOR ORIGINES it seems ?
Will never use again BUt will continue to chase for goods ordered as there is absolutely no chance I will accept anything else .
Can’t imagine the problems they could create providing a refund and needing my account details …..
Shame as majority or straight forward orders seem well received - issues seem to resolve around customer service ( lack of it ! ) from reviews here .

I note the speed of your response to the review given which is significantly faster than anything supplied by your customer service team in my experience .
Had the issue been resolved as had been discussed - and I thought - agreed some weeks ago we would not be where we now found ourselves .
All issues rest with firstly , your system failure at time or order .
Secondly with your customer service team which appears not to either read e mails or act promptly - average response time to my e mails in region of 5 days .
Finally , delay in processing my request for duplicate orders to be forwarded which would have avoided the situation 0f my having to cancel a credit card for fear of “ scam “ .
As stated “ disappointed “ and issue as yet to be resolved !

Great experience! Lowest prices I could find for the branded products I wanted. Ordering was easy, delivery charges were reasonable (even with delivery costs my items were cheaper than elsewhere). I was kept informed about expected delivery timings and my items arrived in really good time. I will definitely be looking here first next time I need this type of product thanks! ☺️

Great and very reliable company
The items I order from MyOrigines website are not manufactured by them. However, the reason I order from this company is that they are very reliable and organised. The price of item they anre selling are quite fair. There has never been any delays in deliveries. I always check to see if they have what I am looking for in stock and if not I try other websites. I have great respect for the people who are running this company.

Item advertised wasn't sent. Customer service said it was their suppliers fault but wouldn't do anything about it. Had to do a charge back through my bank. First and last time using them.
