MXroute is what I call a KISS service, it Keeps-It-Stupidly-Simple. It is a straightforward email hosting provider, which means no wasted resources on other junk. As a customer for three years, I've found the service to be dependable and a great value.

There is no hand-holding, you'll need to manage your own domain name and DNS settings. However, help is readily available on Discord and I've always found support to be responsive and accountable.

MXroute has a clear focus on email deliverability and they adhere strictly to this mission. *Spammers stay away** This is not AWS SES or SendGrid on the cheap and any misuse will lead to account termination.

I've been using MXRoute via a reseller for a bit over 12 months. I've had no issues and people on the Discord are great for helping you out. MXRoute has a small team, which helps to keep prices low, but 99% of the time, fellow customers will figure out solutions to problems you may have.

Whilst no service is ever going to be 100% perfect, the 1 star reviews really are by people who were abusing the service, which affects the rest of us. Pay no attention to them - they're just upset they got caught!

I've been a customer, off and on, since 2018. In all that time, MXRoute remains one of the most pain-free, reliable email services I've ever used. Emails get delivered, spam hardly ever gets through, and it's frankly ridiculously low-priced.

Yes, Jar can be abrasive dealing with people who try to exploit his platform but for the other 99% he is polite, friendly, hard working and professional.

If you're not a spammer, you'll appreciate MXroute. The staff are pedantic about spam (in and out) and use IP's with an excellent reputation.
The service is very affordable, and if you know what you are doing you won't need to contact support. In the rare event of issues the staff work tirelessly to resolve things.

MXRoute is run by a passionate team who don't have time for your s**t. They are very clear on what you need to know, and what is allowed/not allowed.

Great email hosting for an extremely reasonable price. All emails I send gets delivered and doesn't land in spam boxes. Documentation is relatively good but some areas aren't super clear.

As long as you aren't sending mass spam (e.g. unsolicited marketing) or violate their terms, you will absolutely happy with this service. I'm currently buying through a reseller, so can't comment on the customer service.

Mxrouting has alright email services it is usually pretty slow, but the customer service is poor.
My account got terminated for “ Deceptive use against third party services by creating multiple email accounts to pretend to be multiple users of their service” I was just creating multiple cloud accounts for friends that wanted cloud storage and then deleted the emails as they weren’t required as I only had 5 GB of storage.
I tried to open a ticket to appeal this issue to them, but they just closed it instantly and are now ignoring me.

WORST service!! I dont recommend at all...have to pull out all the organization from their Sh itty services.

MXRoute is a top notch, no-frills email hosting service. Jarland works very hard to keep this service reliable and easy to configure if you know your way around email servers.

As long as you do not send out spam or emails that would be considered spam (mass marketing emails), then you will have no issues with this service. I plan on using MXRoute to host my personal email for many years to come
