I found Muve to be a great company
I found Muve to be a great company to deal with, from start to finish. Noor Abraar was a big asset, having a dedicated Account Manager made communication and the whole process much smoother. Malin Kaushika was an efficient Conveyancer and able to resolve all issues along the way. I felt that I always had a point of contact and I was well informed about the progress of my house purchase.
The fixed fees were very competitive and honoured.

Muve in May, House in August!
Started using Muve in May, I believe and straight after I asked for a quote, was emailed and then called a few days later. Muve explained my quote and asked if I wanted the express option 8-10 weeks or the normal 12 weeks. I chose the latter. All the way through they explained and gave me a summary of what had been done, what they were doing and what the seller+solicitors were doing. Then I got my own Accounts Manager: Sharan Prabakaran. Who carried the weekly emails, explained everything including my questions in detail and professionally. I was then introduced to Tirani who also told me what needed to be done and what was being done in the background, mentioning anything that I needed to complete before another section was complete. Very professional from the both of these two employees of Muve. With what I paid, I was surprised at what I got and would highly recommend using Muve for buying/selling property. If any of my family or friends wish to Muve/Buy/Sell, I will be emailing Sharan Prabakaran, my accounts manager in order for them to get the best service abd care that I received as a First Time Buyer.
Thanks to Muve, Sharan Prabakaran & Tirani for their professionalism and expertise in allowing me to own my first home.

I’ve had the most amazing experience…
I’ve had the most amazing experience with Mohamed Rashid. I am a mortgage adviser so i deal with solicitors a lot and many of which have been terrible however Mohamed has been absolutely exceptional. I can’t wait to recommend him to everyone for truly top class service. At times I forgot the stresses of buying a house as he made everything so easy and corresponded with me throughout the entire process ensuring I was kept fully updated. He is such a kind and thoughtful man and I’m very grateful to have had him dealing with my case.

Second time
We have used Muve twice now.
Each time, the conveyancers have been extremely pleasant, communicative, professional and were looking out for us.
The only issue during the second time, our emails and possibly calls were not responded to for about 2 weeks or so due to IT issues and there was a shuffle of case manager and conveyancer. However, following the change, Desh our conveyancer who completed the sale of our house was extremely quick to reply to our queries and gave us regular feedback about the progression. He was extremely understanding of our situation. I am glad it was Desh who helped us cross this stressful time.
Based on our experience, definitely recommend Muve.

Would highly recommend have used twice now
We used Muve when we sold our shared ownership flat 3 years ago and we could not fault the service.
