Our First House, a Superb Experience
My partner and I worked with Muve for our first house and they were absolutely superb.
Adheeba and Rashida guided us through the process and to say that they've been incredible would be underselling them both. Their communication was timely and well paced without fail, even through the full 6 months of complications involving our property's land (of which Adheeba and Rashida did literally everything they could to expedite). Both were extremely well informed, had full context and incredible patience in ensuring that we were fully in the know at all stages. That we always knew what was outstanding from who, and what was coming next; all credit goes entirely to Adheeba and Rashida for being the incredibly capable, superbly pleasant people from Muve we had the pleasure of working with.
I'd recommend them to everyone I know and will certainly be back in the future for this kind of work.

Not Terrible but Not great
Not sure how to rate this company, they did get our move done in 12 weeks so I won't be too harsh, but there are caveats. The initial quote appears very cheap but that is by no means the final cost, they are VERY guilty of fee stacking and including extortionately high charges for any and all paperwork they have to go near. I queried a couple of these charges that went against their own terms and they backed down on one, but do question everything you are charged as there are lots of unnecessary fees in there. They are also very poor at replying to questions, we often received lots of documents at once and then nothing for ages, and when time became sensitive they were nowhere to be found. They also charge for completing within 5 days of exchange, even though they had all the info required to exchange in ample time, they disappeared until it was too late and then charged us £200 to complete in the time needed. Also could never get hold of them on the phone, and the other sides solicitors said they rarely heard from Muve! Their online system seems very slick at first after deposit, but this is never updated throughout once things begin. After all the fee stacking it would have cost the same to go with a local firm who we could have contacted regularly. So just beware that whilst they will get it done, it's not always easy and the quote is not the final price!

3rd time of using and still reasonably priced with great service
3rd time of using and again I found the service level to be outstanding. Critically Muve communicate well and lines are open for you to speak with people. I had Migdhad Ali (Account Manager) and Sharon Jones (Conveyancer) on my case and they were both brilliant in their tenacious efforts to reach my deadline - Missing this would have cost me a lot of money so I am grateful to have them on my side. In my 3 times using you learn that not all the people assigned are hugely experienced, but they are hungry and eager to to do a good job unlike other solicitors who charge a fortune, ignore your calls and give you 2nd class treatment. Muve is definitely 1st class -thank you

I found Muve to be a great company to deal with, from start to finish. Noor Abraar was a big asset, having a dedicated Account Manager made communication and the whole process much smoother. Malin Kaushika was an efficient Conveyancer and able to resolve all issues along the way. I felt that I always had a point of contact and I was well informed about the progress of my house purchase.
