I was extremely happy with the process. Mr.Peter Marcus was professional and more than helpful, making the process easy to understand and stress free.

Kim Giberson made my experience fantastic there was a couple of times I was ready to throw in the towel because every time we seemed ok something new would come up with the deed but she saw me through it all. I would recommend her service to anyone in my circle of friends.

Peter was very attentive to our needs from the beginning of the reverse mortgage process. He helped assuage my elderly mother's fears and spent many hours assuring her that things would work out- which I'm happy to say they did.

Exhaustingly thorough. A bit drawn out, but the communication was clear and frequent. Apparently my situation was a little different. I am a physician with a personal Professional Association, corporation. But it got done in the end! Wish my iPad were an efficient scanner/email device!!! But Alaina & Taylor were persistent and patient.

I worked with MO Busheri and he was very helpful. He answered all my questions and made the process easy for me.

Rodney was absolutely wonderful. He walked me through the entire process. I could always count on him to quickly to return my calls. Rodney was always available. Very friendly and fun to talk to.

Billy Crawford loan agent was excellent. Information and staying in contact throughout process perfect. THE APPOINTED APPRAISER WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. NOT timely wouldn't return phone calls from beginning to even get appointment scheduled to see property ALSO ABSOLUTELY came in $100,000. Short on value. Two large metal buildings completely finished out insulated, concrete floors water, heat lots of electric one with finished tack room and heavy wood walls entire building. She gave $30.00 per square. Foot. RIDICULOUS! Also late responding to requests from Mutuals closer.. Very sloppy appraiser.

The loans specialists were very professional and knowledgeable in providing their expertise in getting me to complete my reverse mortgage.Sean Baker was especially helpful in guiding me through this process.

Greg Farrier was very knowledgeable and friendly and went above and beyond. We had a few glitches, all on our part but inevitably everything came out like we hoped.
Did not appreciate the way we were treated by the loan processor, Rosie. She didn’t explain anything thoroughly & was very condescending when she wanted something done. We always felt as though we were getting berated!

Eldan Leschewski was always responsive and provided information and answers that were clear and concise.

The first person I spoke with. Denise Shaffer. She was fantastic. Listened to all my problems and did everything she could to help me. It took a long time to finally settle everything but that was because of my Home Owners Insurance Co. Again I can't say enough about all the help I received from Denise.
