The representative Mr Steven Munoz, that helped us through the process was professional and courteous. He listened to our questions and concerns and fully addressed each. He went over and above to guide and assist. He represented Mutual of Omaha in the best manner possible. To be honest the experience was very interesting and trying at times. Dealing with Greg was a real pleasure and also with Tim. They both were very helpful in guiding us through the process. Dealing with the our insurance company was somewhat trying but thanks to Tin we made it! The amount of paperwork was amazing but understanding.

Mutual of Omaha was thorough and my agent explained everything. The debt consultation was a straight forward procedure. The process was a bit anxiety inducing because of the past financial and personal records that needed to be gathered. But, clarification was given with each request and my agent was diligent in making it happen. Out of pocket costs were minimal, as most costs were built into the loan. The result is that I have lifted a great financial burden every month, and my years of hard work and the reverse mortgage have improved my quality of life.

Kim Giberson is the person that made our opportunity to apply and closed on a reverse mortgage. Kim was there every time I had a question or concern. We communicated by TXT, email and phone. Kim's replies or returned calls were usually within minutes. Mutual of Omaha is fortunate to have Kim as a team member.

This is Lyndon, I’m the one that handled everything on our end. Things got off to a slow start but in the end all turned out great. It’s the holidays now so at this time I really don’t know how all things will turn out. I got a notice in the mail from TDECU that I owe for November’s mortgage and now it’s time for December’s payment. So at this point I don’t know what I need to do on my end if anything. Hopefully things are all taken care of at this point and I have nothing to worry about. The question you ask at the end of this post asks for a date all of the problems we had. I cannot be specific on that question, because we had problems throughout the whole process. But Autumn got everything worked out and hopefully we can now live with less stress on our lives.

Gregory and his assistant was so detailed and pleasant to deal with. The information that they sent me was very helpful and easy to follow and understand. Whenever there was a hiccup in the information I supplied them with they were their to rescue me. I trusted them and Mutual of Omaha to do their best and you all did.
