What made the experience great was having an advisor I could contact when necessary to ask and get questions answered as soon as possible. I would recommend others to give Reverse Mortgage a try. I believe others will be satisfied.

I started this process in November of 2025. I pulled up the link on Mutual of Omaha. Within 24 hours John Briggs contacted me. He asked why I was considering a Reverse Mortgage? I explained my situation. At that time John began talking to me about the pros and cons. When he was finished he asked if I thought it was right for me. I told him yes. John then went through the entire process with me. I was very impressed with his explanation of the entire process. He covered all the steps. I then got a complete breakdown of a Reverse Mortgage sent by FedEx from John. I have been on the phone many times asking questions. He has never once made me feel stupid about the questions. I can tell he really cares.
I would also like to give a shout out to Dana Lowe. Without John and Dana this Reverse Mortgage would not have happened.

John Briggs was extremely helpful during the application process. Also he was very respectful and understood that we were not experts with the process.
