Bought bowl buddy a while ago. Needed some replacement heads. Unable to purchase as out of stock possibly not going to get anymore in stock. They are still selling bowl buddy though you can’t get replacement heads. Think this is most unfair. Have purchased several items from this company and only had one problem which was resolved very quickly. But am wondering now if I would purchase again after this debacle.

Easy pre ordering. Item delivered on time. I'm really pleased with the fan, it's great.

Ordered in good faith expecting the 2 day delivery that is promised. No delivery. I telephoned customer services to ask where my order was. I was told Royal Mail had tried to deliver. When said I was not notified that RM would deliver and wasn’t given a tracking number. I was quite rudely told of course I was. I was also told the delivery details were in the order confirmation. It wasn’t. I rang again and complained that I had not even been notified of despatch never mind a given a tracking number. They re- arranged delivery but it was hard work dealing with them and the staff were not helpful at all. They eventually admitted that I had not had a despatch notification or given a tracking number.
Very disappointing.

Easy to assemble the aqua jet pro , does the jobs I wanted to do sucessfully, just need a big bucket as it uses a lot of water I thought

My inflate mate stopped charging and I emailed asking if they had any suggestions and even though it was well over the 100 day guarantee they replaced it free of charge and no questions, you don't get that from most companies. Well done

I have nothing but Praise for MHI ! The Instant Island I purchased was a dawdle to assemble and I’m a 75 year old woman. It’s high mind, got great shelving. It’s on wheels which attracted me as hubby’s in a wheelchair and if he needs anything he can wheel it out of the way. We have a small kitchen. But it’s very well made hubby uses the shelf underneath…perfect for him and the items he uses like food is on the top. He loves to prepare and make food for the both of us. The Instant Island is so sturdy I even like the colour/shade of the worktop! A bargain for me it’ll last a long time I’m positive of that. Thank you Must Have Ideas. x🌹
