I have always praised this company. Today I am fuming. I ordered the portable fan - Days later I received an email saying there would be a delay due to demand. I accepted that. Further days passed so I phoned to explain I was going away for a week on 29/7.was told the MHI order was due to arrive at the weekend and to phone to check then, but my order would be dispatched and arrive by 28/7. I checked Sat. 25/7 and was told MHI's delivery was due that day so I should have the fan by 28/7. Today (28/7) I phoned. The female sounded unfriendly.
End result - Your order still hasn't been received. I am not only extremely disappointed - my point is:
It WOULD have helped no end if the MHI female had sounded sympathetic!
THAT is my point.

The second time I had an issue with a purchased item, possibly over the 100 day guarantee period. I took photos in case of any questions but they were not required. Very quickly replied and sent me a replacement at no charge. Incredibly impressed.

Not worth the hype.
Bought the cordless iron, looked really great from the pictures/videos. In reality it’s not that good. When you open the water filter to fill it up it takes ages for it to click in place to fasten properly and if it doesn’t water spills out of it all over your clothes. It’s also awkward putting the iron back on the charger as it doesn’t align up correctly with the iron itself. The only good thing is that it’s cordless-but doesn’t seem as hot as a normal corded iron-I wouldn’t recommend buying it, a standard iron is much better.
