Easy to deal with great products fast delivery and things people don’t normally see

This is my second purchase of this product which is great, however I order a second discounted one to give to someone, I received no order emailed customer service, something went wrong unnoticed by company and then they only sent one full priced product not the second discounted one and also didn’t honour their promise of 2 day delivery or receive it free!!!

Quick service. Was one box short phoned up really happy man took my call. Apologize then sent out the box arriving in the two days as promised. Great service wish I could give six stars

I cannot fault the company as I have ordered several items which have been great however the 'Star Bright Swivel Lights' are awful. Got my garden landscaped so decided to treat myself in November 2025 to two packs(8), I followed the instructions and brought them inside over the winter/frost period but when I put them back out only a few worked. Contacted the company and they sent me a replacement pack with no issues, couldn't fault customer service.
They were great when they worked but now none of them work! Considering the amount of sunshine we have had recently I can't even say it's due to not getting enough light to power them.
The solar lights I bought from B&M, which were so much cheaper, are still going strong after three years.
So disappointed with these considering the price and the reviews.
