Good product does what it is supposed to do although it was delivered late took 3 days not to as promised

Everything as expected but you missed the 5* because you failed to tell customers subject to availability. It’s fine if not in stock but you need to indicate that on your. Website not promise 48 hours when it’s not feasible. Other than that I am very happy as are the other two parties.

They say 2 day delivery , it was more like 2 weeks . Got to admit the customer service was very good. The money back offer for late delivery was never mentioned.
If they hadn't bragged about it , it wouldn't have been an issue

Easy to follow ordering system

I don’t seem to have any luck ordering online as payment never seems to be accepted so I end up phoning in otherwise I’m happy with the service and delivery.

I have bought quite a few things from Must Have Ideas, and have found both the goods and the staff very good, so this is not easy for me to write. I bought the Smart Space Stackers a while ago, and have on just had a chance to use them, I put the together but found that the magnets only worked on one of the boxes. I didn't bother to send the back as I have started to use them, and placed the one that worked on the top. But apart from that one problem they are still very good quality.

Just an update in this review, I'm very impressed with the response to my comments, I was offered a refund on my purchase, but because the stackers are really nice even if some of the magnets didn't work very well, I asked if I could have another set rather than a refund. The young lady I spoke to very kindly said that was possible. So once again very impressed with Must Have Ideas.

We bought the Flybe to keep flies away when we’re eating outside and it really works.
Only one downside is that if it’s windy, the blades struggle to turn.
